Dont go here!!!! We ordered from here tonight and ordered garlic knots with our order. They were out, didnt call us to ask for a substitute, and sent it out anyways. The driver then told me i must have entered it wrong and blamed it on me. I checked our order in my email and it was on there. I called and talked to the manager who told me she could give a credit for next time. I asked "what do i eat tonight" since the knots were all that i ordered. She told me three times that they tried to call me, wich is wierd since i dont have a missed call, and tried to put the blame on me, yet again. I asked he to make it right and she offered to send me a medium pepperoni pizza for 13 dollars, an item on the 5.99 menu!! Not only should she have sent one out for free to make up for their mistake, but she tried to upcharge me! She clearly does not care about her job or her customers at all! We used to order pizza hut once a week, but since we just moved here, and we will never do that b.s. again, guess its time to try some one else. Also the pizza we got was cold and looked aweful. Every pizza hut is only as good as the manager and she was horrible and never even tried to be nice.

I ordered pizza for me and my girlfriend. We ordered early enough to make sure the pizza got there when we wanted it to. After the pizza being 20 minutes late, I called to ask if we were still getting our order. I can understand if they are backed up. We were told an e-mail would be sent to the manager asking why the order was being held up and they would get back to us. 20 minutes after that (now 40 minutes late and an hour and 40 minutes after ordering) my girlfriend called again. They were about to tell us another e-mail would be sent before my girlfriend had to interrupt the person to tell them it was already done. She eventually talked to a manager and after being on hold for a while we were told that the credit card didnt go through. They said they tried calling but no one answered. I checked my phone and I had no missed calls. Why didnt they tell us the first time we called? Ive only ordered pickup orders from this location but now I remember why.

I use to absolutely love this store. They have gone to pieces for the past 4 months now. That been since February of 2017. Every time I get online and place my order, delivery is never available. I was a faithful Pizza hut lover for 10 yes, since Pizza Inn is no longer around. I would order Pizza hut at any location I was at, from my app on my phone. But this store keeps hanging up on me every time I call and I only call because my app always says that delivery is not available for that day, no matter what day I place my order. I have spent hundreds of dollars on just one order for my property parties, as I am an apartment manager of an A+ property and we do resident functions monthly. I am so disappointed in whoever is over this entire store for not seeing how bad it has gotten. Now, I have to find me and all my residents another Pizza company to deliver here. Thanks Pizza Hut. It was great while it lasted.

I had ordered a stuffed crust with hamburger meat, bell peppers, extra cheese, and mushrooms. The delivery driver brought a regular pizza with pepperoni that was thin crust. Then I called up there to tell them my order was wrong, they said they will redeliver and keep the pizza. To make a long story short, I waited almost two hours and I went to get my money back and there was five to six people ahead of me, then the lady didnt want to give me my money back. They threw in some wings, but by then who cares? It was so screwed. I wonder how they are still in business. That is ridiculous. I kept calling and speaking to different people and getting different stories. They even said they didnt have buffalo wings, when I got there the manager was like who told you that? I was told to keep the pizza they had first delivered, and then when I got up there I was supposed to bring the pizza back..really?

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, in any industry. My order was hitting the 2 hour mark since ordering. When I finally got someone on the line, she told me they cancelled my order because no one was there at delivery. I had been sitting in the living room specifically waiting for them. My phone was on the table and never rang. My address and phone are both correct and they have previously delivered before. My account had not changed. My concerns were escalated to another employee named Ryan (apparently managers do not work there on friday nights). He rudely informed me that he could send me something in another 1.5 hours. He immediately casted aside my story as "your side" vs. "our side of the story". No apologies, nothing. Thanks for ruining the night Pizza Hut.

Wish Id looked at the reviews for these guys BEFORE I SPENT THREE HOURS WAITING FOR A PIZZA that would never show up. Apparently they dont know how to get into an apartment complex thats just down the street from their building, even though they had my phone number in their system, they could have called and asked for the gate code. INSTEAD they cancelled my order, didnt bother to tell me and then didnt offer to send me my pizza asap. They put my money back, and offered to give me the same amount in credit to their store, as if Id ever order from them again. Ordered at 8. Called at 11. First call, a guy answered, said hed get his manager and the call was promptly dropped. Thankfully the next person at least knew how to work a damn phone. I really do wish 0 stars was an option.

Im not one to complain when it comes to food, because in the end, itll all come out the same way. However, Ive grown sick and tired over the poor service that I have received from this particular location. I have given this location several opportunities to redeem themselves, and each and every time these chances have been squandered. Either the ETA is off by 30-50 minutes (and not a single apology of tardiness, or courtesy call in regards to said delay is relayed), the toppings are scattered/splattered in the edges/corners of the box (again, no apologies, or sympathies), the order is incorrect, or the pizza arrives cold, dry, and hard. If I could give this place a -5

Terrible service! The first time I ordered here, they forgot to deliver half of my order. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for the delivery guy to drive back to the store to pick up the rest of my order. My second time ordering from this location, I waited for an hour and a half for my order to arrive. When I called the store to check the status of my order, the phone rang over and over with no answer. I called 4 times before I was able to get someone on the phone who told me my order had been cancelled because they were "out of bread sticks and dough to make a pan pizza". They never called me to tell my my order was cancelled. I will never order from them again.
