My husband, daughter, best friend, nephew, his wife, my nephews friend, his friends kid and I all went to eat there last night. We were taking a friend who had flown in from Oregon to show him Dallas. We were told there was a 30-40 minute wait. We understood that. We ended up waiting 2 hours and then we had to keep reminding them we were there. We finally got seated but once we placed our orders we had to keep asking for drinks and parts of our orders. We had to ask the waitress Heather 3 times for our kids lemonade and we had to ask multiple times for a friends fried pickles. He got them about 10 minutes before we were done. The entrees of boneless wings were small and mostly batter. To top it off when we all got our checks there was an 18% gratuity added to each check. That would be fine had the service been good. There was a line to change it to whatever you wanted to tip but then when we tried to tip a lower amount the waitress came back and said we didnt give her enough. Worst experience with Hooters ive ever had. Terrible food and terrible service...this used to be my favorite hooters location. So sad. The only positive was my husband enjoyed his bone in bacon wrapped daytona wings. He said they were delicious.

First, they were sitting other parties before us that were arriving after us, after 30-45 min, we spoke to a manager then in about 15 min they sat us down. Second, the waitress Bradlei was HORRIBLE! She provided the worst customer service ever, she even gave attitude to a 6 yr old when he asked her twice to give him sweet tea and she continued to bring unsweet tea. Then gave attitude and rolling her eyes after we had her correct our tickets. Last but not least we left a Diaper Bag we had just walked across the street to the parking lot by the time we realized it, we went back in there and she acted like she did not see it and that nobody had turned in a bag. She was the one who cleaned the table! Not until a police officer was notified and requested to watch the surveillance cameras she walks out with the DIAPER bag "but she had not seen it." Things in the bag were out of place as if someone had searched thru it. WE WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO THE DOWNTOWN DALLAS HOOTERS! I suggest if you go be sure not to get BRADLIE as a waitress!

All the locations in DFW Lewisville and downtown are the best never had problems downtown except sometimes they say guys to women when you said should say yall when a woman is with a man but sometimes they do wait a long time for them to see you and theyre too busy talking and trolling their fingers in their hair but that is against health code to touch your hair and then touch peoples food to serve it so just watch out if your server but they do cook the best food at this location stay away from Frisco they are rude nasty and I always get raw chicken cuz they say what we put in the fire right from the freezer they dont thought out were nothing and then they yell at you when you tell them that it taste like rubber did not go to Frisco stay away from Frisco I said stay away from the one off beltline by North Dallas

LOOKING FOR JOB GONE WRONG: I had got a call back for a interview during an emergency with my grandma. When I tried to call back to speak with the general manager, Mike, everytime I asked to speak to him one of the hooters girls would hang up the phone in my face or say he wasnt around. I thought this place would be more professional, I tried reaching out to him for the past 3days and everyday a hooters girl would answer and hang up in my face once I asked to speak with him. Ill never try working here again. Mike was nice and professional but the girls were unhelpful and VERY RUDE. And the one star I did put up was for Mike and how he handled himself as an individual trying to run a workplace.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!!! Im from Chicago was visiting my kids at Dallas. There was 5 of us, there was no greeting or someone sitting the customers so we sat on a table with 6 chairs. We sat there for about 10 minutes no one came to us until a waitress told us we couldnt sit there because that table was for 8 people. I couldnt believe that; I asked for the manager and he came out to tell us the same thing. They practically told us to leave. I think it was the fact that my kids were young (21 and 23) maybe…. They weren’t going to drink and run the bill up!!! Is this all over Dallas?? Sooo Much For Dallas. I never got to taste the food!!!

For a location in the heart of Victory Park, split between Downtown, Oak Lawn, Uptown and the West End and Harwood District, this has prime real estate. American Airlines Center sports fans, tourists, business travelers, locals, Convention Center wanderers and random walk-ins all converge on this place with a fury. Yet the service never lacks, the food is always good, the beers ice cold, the games are always on and the staff is always friendly and stunningly beautiful. One of the best Hooters in the DFW area. Never had a bad experience here and always go out of my way to visit this location for its excellent service and atmosphere.

Sitting at the bar for lunch. Probably like 8 ppl at the bar. There should be no way it takes the bartender Alyssa to come around to me after no one is ordering. Her cell phone may have been important..... Maybe a text came in idk... Finish y 1st drink and want another.....well I guess the cell phone is more important than me....takes another 10min for Alyssa to even acknowledge me. Over hear her tell another patron that shes trying to order something for her sister. Well she should do it on her break cause right about now I do not approve of the service Im getting...I may not come to this location for a while..... Maybe even ever

The hostess was very kind, but the blonde bartender never asked me if i wanted a menu...i stood at the bar for about 15 minutes before i was ever attended and to make matters worse she never asked if i wanted to open a tab. She asked what i was drinking and immediately charged me as if you go to sit a bar for one beer. Really? No tab. After another bartender brought it to her attention only then did she ask if we wanted menus...but my experience was ruined. I came from Fort Worth for a concert and this is what i get. Hungry and thirsty...and she looks at me like i cant afford beer or food. No more hooters for me thanks.

I am sorry, maybe we were there on a BAD night, but this was the worst service I have seen in years of living in Dallas. Granted, it was raining and there were maybe 4 tables of people at the largest Hooters, throngs of waitresses congregating amonst themselves, and our waitress, "Megan", seemed particularly annoyed each time she interrupted us. Yes, interrupted us. For such bad service (no silverware, bad attitude, marginal food, weak drinks), we were interrupted a total of 8 times. For what? To get your tip? Smile, dont forget the silverware, gauge when your customers are talking and SMILE!
