if i could give them half a star i honestly would... every time i order from here they always get my order wrong like all the time there is never been a time where i got it right. i call them last time and told them and they told me "well bring the food back and we would replace it" like i cant do that i am at work and they only give us 30 minute breaks i cant be going back and forth with my food. it is the worst customer service i have seen will never order from here again and i wouldnt recommended it for you either unless you check your food and baby sit them

I placed an order which took 25 minutes to be ready when I picked it up it was not the correct order it was different to what I had ordered and it was incomplete. I was asked If I wanted to wait 25 more minutes for my order to be made again or if I wanted a refund I asked for a refund and the cashier gave me the incorrect amount of money I told her she gave me the wrong amount and even showed her the receipt finally she gave me the right amount. NEVER COMING BACK! First and last time.

Good things take time. If you order ahead online the wait is manageable. Otherwise, plan on waiting. The food is normally hot and fresh. Occasionally I get a bad order. But really. Lets talk about the inside. Its time to upgrade the TVs...I mean REALLY. Its 2016, not 1998, the building is newer than the TVs. REALLY! Spend some of that money your making and reinvest in the business. Really..... In the end the wings are better than most and they are close.

Worst wing-stop! Called my order in 2hours early, when I arrived food was done. I went home, no cheese on the fries, ice cold food, I was short 2pieces of chicken. I emailed customer service, all I got was oh Im sorry! My advice for this wing stop, close the doors now. Without your customers youve got nothing. There are multiple restraints in North Dallas! Allot of competition, and a chicken place right next door that has never messed up an order!

The staffs needs more customer service training they all looks like they are mad about something. I called to place order the lady who answered the phone was rushing me and didnt even pay attention to what I was saying very rude and loud.I have been in customer service (Hospitality)industry for years and I would say this staff needs more trainings especially answering calls.

Called in my order 20 minutes prior to arrival and had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it. Fries was the only good thing about the meal, wings way too small (mockingbird size) meal is overpriced!! Discovered new wing place down street A&D much cheaper @ $6.16 for identical meal and wings are triple the size and french fries are also great!

Not too busy, so we had our meal within minutes, fresh and delicious! Interior was clean and dust free. Staff was also kind and respectful. This was also the first Wingstop Ive been to in the Dallas area that lives up to their corporate standards of quality. Well worth it and Ill definitely be back in the future!

went in on Saturday night the spanish lady would not pay attention to my order I was over charged, asked her to show me my receipt she was hesistant saying all is the same as the menu! got home checked my order it was less 5wings yet i had been charged for 20wings. never again

The menu is confusing to me. Every condiment is extra ie side of ranch, .96 cents extra. . it could be easy to over spend here. I hope the food is good enough....
