Visited this location to pick up four separate carryout orders for the first time. Unfortunately, two of the four were incorrect in some way. One order of boneless wings came bone in and one order of fries were not extra seasoned. Also, not sure why a mix and match order of wings would be crammed into a small container instead of a larger one like the other 8 piece orders. Its just the little inconveniences and attention to detail that made our office wonder if we would be better off trying another location next time. Regardless, the taste and quality of the product is that of the Wingstop brand. Ive not found a rub or sauce I did not like and their ranch is to die for. I also like that they give you the option to make the fries welldone.

The raised the prices because they claimed they have larger wings. I paid the same price for less wings and when I get home I have the small wings they have always carried. I have to waste time driving back to Wing Stop to get more wings even after I expressed how disappointed I was in the service. The girl just wanted to argue and was extremely rude. I am definitely not eating here again. They treat you with no respect and have horrible customer service, check the size of the wings before you leave.

DONT ORDER ONLINE!!!! I have a limited amount on time for lunch..so I ordered 40 MINUTES ahead of time online..got my confirmation..went in and they didnt even have my order.."it just got lost" apparently...worse then that is they didnt want to refund me, said it wouldnt charge. I showed them it had already posted to my online banking, she then said it would take up to 10 business days to refund. Horrible service...paid for food that I never recieved and was treated like it was my fault!

Not Good!!! I have ordered wings from here about 3 times now. First time it was smelly and not well cooked. I had to specifically tell them to well cook fresh ones the next time. The third time, the customer service was NOT good, very rude and inconsiderate. They did not accept my free fries coupon that I received in my email which was unexpired and good to use. I am never buying from this location again. I had to get the wings from BWW instead!!!

Total idiots at this location. Was sent email with a coupon for free fries. Ordered $25 worth of wings along with the fries over the phine.They would not only the coupon that was included on the email because it was not printed, only on my smartphone. They would not accept the electronic version and when I said I didnt want the order, they said Ok and walked away. Guess the employees ate for free.

, the last time I frequent this place. The worst customer service ever. The guy took the two ladies in front of me ordered then walked away. So the manager contacted me assured that nothing else like that would ever happen again. The company sent me a gift card, I came back and the service excellent.

Terrible experience. I ordered online for lunch while I was at work, I only get a 30 minute lucn so I went and got my order and came back to work and everything was wrong and they didnt even refund my money. Never again will I order at this location.

I prefer this location as opposed to the one on Preston and 121. The staff is considerate and polite, but most importantly they always put the perfect amount of sauce on the wings.

They dont answer the phone after 10:00pm. Then if they do, they put you on hold for eternity. Then you call back, they answer, and then hang up. Poorest Customer Service EVER!
