EDIT: completely terrible service. As I mentioned before, I went because of their saltado mixto. And I liked it so much that I invited my mom to eat out with me. As we ate though, my mom found a bent plastic lid at the bottom of her food. We asked if she was given somebody elses left overs but they so no yet they could not explain how it got there. I wanted to be refunded for her plate because this was just the last straw but they would not and did not offer to get me in contact with the manager. Completely terrible service - they do not care for their customers. Their food is alright. Milanesas are a bit dry/overcooked and their alfajor tasted as if its been in there for a month. Both my manager and I did not like the taste at all. Otherwise, their chicken and steak/cheese sandwiches are bomb. Same with their saltados. The two things that I absolutely hate though are their customer service and delivery. Multiple times it has taken about an hour to deliver to us - and we are right across the street. The first time we were promised to get free lunch and we were glad. When we ordered again, asking about the free lunch, they said they could not do it because it was a busy day. We understood and ordered our food nonetheless. But still took about an hour to arrive to us. Then when we called again the day they told us for the free lunch, the person who introduced himself to us as the manager turned out not to be a manager and we never received our free food. When I call in an order, I am always put on a hold constantly throughout my order and/or switched between people that I have to keep on repeating myself. Yet, it takes them awhile to understand what I want. When I go pick up my food, I tend to get attitude. Although I am not pleased, I continue to go here cause it is convenient and like I said, their food is alright

In sum - very poor delivery experience, order partly wrong, cold food (but some of it good) We ordered via Yelp24. The food arrived more than 45m later than promised. Yelp chat was responsive but really just said "it is ready" and then thst it was on the wsy (it clearly was not). It arrived cold. My husband asked for steak and got chicken (the dish had either option but we ordered onlune so it was easy to confirm that he did pick steak...and THEY could have confirmed too so no excuse..). I did enjoy my grilled, flavorful fish (almost hated to enjoy it when i was mad!) but had to reheat it and was just annoyed and hangry. No apology or acknowledgment from the store or drivet (in thr chat, yelp asked what they could do, i asked for $5 refund and got a three dollar credit plus $2 coupin but they send a $2 coupon weekly anywsy). I didnt revoke the tip (another option yelp offered...need to pre tip but can edit) bc didnt know who to blame. My guess was they didnt have the staff (Sun night must be a big deluvery night so should be ready) and it sat for much of thst 45m delay.

Ordene para que lo entregarán en mi casa, me dijeron que en media hora lo tendria, una hora después llamó para ver por qué no venia, y todavía tenían mi pedido en la tienda y no sabían en cuanto tiempo podrían entregarlo, porque esperaban a la persona de las entregas, fue mi primera vez ordenando y seguro no lo vuelvo hacer, deberían de tener la cortesía de llamar por lo menos si van a tardar mas de lo que dicen. Si no hubiera llamado todavía estaría esperando.

Looking to buy some mexican or peru type of of food? If you run into this store, be careful of the food they serve. The food has been cooked for the whole day "ready" to serve and that means they are NOT fresh out of the oven but rather warm up the chickens and placed in the bag for you. When I ordered a TO GO # (lets say #2) and it should come with lettuce but NONE was given and the box was just chickens with pies. Another time, when I ordered to go again, they missed the silverware and I had to run around at my workplace to find one. BAD SERVICE, FOOD TASTES OK BUT NOT FRESH and WORSE MISSING FOOD WHEN ORDERED TO GO.

El dueño de este lugar no esta supervisando a sus empliados. Dejan el pollo crudo,seles olbida la yuca o el arros, le toman la orden y 30 minutos despues le disen que seles olbido. No estan preparados ni capasitados. Esta esperiencia la emos bibido barios amigos.

The food is amazing . The service was horrible !!!! They forgot to give me and my two year old our food. After 30 minutes, I asked where my food was and they had no clue. Mind you, I had a hungry two year old with me. No one apologized or gave me a discount . I would of been fine with the apology. Customer service here was horrible !!!!!!!! Will never come back ! Its a shame, the food was amazing ..

Lomo saltado is good, ceviche is made with frozen fish easy to tell not fresh, Sancocho the soup taste good but is not the traditional Sancocho "Ecuadorian or Colombian" in these countries they use green plantain among other ingredients..in this restaurant is made with rice. Finally unlike other reviews I never had a bad experience with the personal all the workers are nice and helpful

Es un lugar muy bueno yo lo recomiendo el sebiche de este lugar es bastante bueno y no digamos las pupusas hay Dios. Hay una variedad de cosas que puedes pedir la chicha morada es buena.

Amazing food. I had the carne asada and it was amazing. Everything here was excellent. I have to say I chose this place based off the reviews and they all were on point. The deserts are delicious, I loved the 3 leches. The chicken is juicy, and the sauce is on point. Nothing fancy but excellent in every way. I highly recommend to anyone who is craving good Latin food.

Excellent food, great service. My first experience with this establishment was positive. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ill definitely try it again if Im in the area. Pretty decent sized place to sit and eat for breakfast or lunch but i wouldnt recommend bringing a date here. 11 tables (seats 4 each table) and a bar top area with 8 additional single seats.

This place has the worst customer service ever!!!! I ordered Togo and they missed my order. I called and they said to comeback for my missing item. I drove all the way back and they would not make up for missing item. They make me look like cheated to get a stupid missing food ask me if I have receipt.
