Im visiting the state and I needed to grab something to eat. I saw Wingstop and decided to give it a try since Ive never had it. I walk inside and it takes several minutes for them to take notice of my presence. The women were gossiping in the kitchen area. Anyways after several minutes someone decides to finally take my order. Every time I try a new place I like to ask the employees of what they recommend or whats their favorite so I can try it. She was not able to tell me anything or she didnt care. Ok fine no problem. I ended up looking at the menu and just picked the first thing I saw. I am well over 21 and wanted a beer but I was denied because Im from California. Talk about discrimantion! Anyways I said whatever and just got a soda. When I got my wings they were dry and all the sauce was at the bottom. My fries were literally fried with salt not oil. They were inedible. If you are a local and you know what youre looking for then I guess its a semi ok place. If youre not from Texas or new to Wingstop then I really do not recommend this place at all. Try something else like subway little Caesars or restaurants near you. Pretty sure you will get better service there. By the way, there was trash next to the table I was sitting and throughout the entire time I was there no one bothered to clean it. No work integrity.

Im new to the Frisco area. Ive been to this location 2 times because I work late and their open. First time it took about 40mins to get my food after I ordered it. I didnt complain because I know how it is at times. The second visit I thought Id place my order online which I thought would be faster. Not only when I arrived to pick up my order I waited over 35 mins, when they finally called my name someone that was upset because they were waiting a while ran off with my food. They do a horrible job of verifying the orders to people. They just sit the food on the counter and announce the persons name and walk off and expect the right person to claim our food. As I was sitting there someone prior to my incident who was dining in grabbed the wrong food because they did the same thing, announce your name, walk off, and expect you to grab the right food..Moral of the story, either they need more people working there or new management.

The worst experience ever. Had a family of 8 over for the holidays, knowing that it would be a busy weekend I called 3 hours ahead of time to make a $100.00 order and give them plenty of time to make it. Showed up and there was 25 people in the lobby waiting and the guy told me it wasnt ready and to look around its busy (by the short hispanic guy) I told him I that I called my order in hours ago. Thus watching about 20 in store orders go out and kept taking orders, while not fulfilling the orders that he had. finally after 45 min waiting which from the time I made my order would have been around 4.5 hours later. I got my food. Didnt reduce my cost of $100.00 order of Wings and fries just gave me my order and I left. So the family from Ohio that was visiting can go back saying the worst WING STOP ever is in Frisco Texas.

horrible service. placed an online order 2 hours in advance even showed up 15 mins late to pick up my order and I still had to wait 30 mins to have my ordered made. When I questioned the manager why my food wasnt ready his reply..we are busy... 2nd time to visit this location..1st time was a horrible experience. 2nd time was even worse than the first experience. Management needs training in customer service... I should not have had to wait for an order that was ordered 2 hours earlier online and then treated like my business didnt matter...cashiers have zero clue at what is going on as well... they are not helpful at all... even submitted an online survey they sent me about my experience... never heard a word from them... this place is horrible.. too bad because we love Wingstop just not this location..

Highly dissapointed in my food from last night. The order tasted like they fried the food in old grease. I called today to give them a chance to make it right, the manager Isabel refused to replace my order. I am displeased on how the customer service was handled. I am a regular customer and dont understand why they wont make it right. The food here is normally very high quality. Not sure what happened last night.

They never answer phone or its busy. This has happened numerous times when I try to pick up on my way home. I then go a little bit out of my way to the Teel location in Frisco and they always answer even when busy. Just wanted them to know they are losing business to their other location in case the manager at this location cares about that. I hate giving a bad review but geez this is frustrating

One football Sunday they have me two orders of burnt leftover fries. Weekend after I asked for them to give me fresh fries. They didnt even give me fries. Called and told em what was going on. Said I could get credit for some fries. What kind of crap is that. I had three orders of fries. For guest. So credit for fries suppose to make it better????? Doesnt make it better right now

Called 30 minutes ahead to place a very simple order. He proceeded to tell me, "Bro we close in 30 minutes." Then proceed to rudely take my order, after which told me that I couldnt pay cash. Kept cutting me off and not allowing me to put my order in without making it clear he didnt want my business. Terrible experience. Hopefully it will be a better experience next time

Ordered wings online. time for pick up says 1:26pm. wings not ready till 1:38pm. lady at register says, "oh, the web site isnt correct. we didnt get the order then, our time says ready at 1:35pm." well then, fix your web site so im not waiting around, because my time is valuable....and your time says ready at 1:35pm...so dont be late either

Absolutely worst of all the locations I have ever been to. three times in a row they cannot get the order correct and it takes two to three times as long as promised. And that is not an exaggeration. on top of everything else they simply have the worst attitude of not giving a rats ass. will not be purchasing from this location ever again

I met a fat young guy acting as supervisor. I seen him overly giving attention to a young white lady before me in line and gave few sauce packages for free. When my turn came, I was overcharged 80cents. Upon asking , he said I am very busy . Do you want it or cancel the order ? I am not surprised for low ratings here.

I had a bad experience at this location . After waiting 30 minutes for my food, my paper bag was completely wet from the bottom , and when i got home everything fell off . They did not wrapped my veggies well , they had lots of water :( everything ended up on the floor.
