I wish there were negative stars that could be given. After placing two family meal orders of wings, my friend and I sat down to wait. After waiting 40 minutes, I approached the counter to ask if it was going to be much longer. The man working the register looked at two bags that were sitting in the prep area and told me it would be 60-70 seconds. When the other employee called us up to get our order 10 minutes later, she apologized and said they were waiting on fries. I said "it took 50 minutes to make fries?". She just turned around and walked away from me. I asked if we even had our entire order, and which order was which. I was completely ignored. I then asked for the name of the manager and was ignored again. I asked for the names of the extremely rude employees and was told that they were Caleb and Diana. To which Caleb replied very sarcastically, and what is your name? After walking out the door and getting into our car, another patron walked out the door and informed us that they were inside making fun of us. When we got home, we discovered that not only did it take almost an hour to get our orders while dealing with extremely rude employees, our order was WRONG! So RUDE and INCOMPETENT both!!! Dont ever go to this store!

I just moved to the area, and honestly I love Wingstop, but this may be my last time ever visiting Wingstop. I went the location in the Colony and the staff was nice, but when I got home and started to eat my food; I noticed that the wings did not taste right and were extremely crunchy and possibly old chicken. Even the fries were not good. The following day I realized I had symptoms of food poisoning and ended up in the urgent care. Definitely not a wonderful way to spend your labor day. I contacted the location and left a message with an employee for the manager to contact me and after two attempts and two days, I did not receive a call back. Not getting a call back truly bothers me more than anything because I have been very loyal customer and at one point a location in Arlington knew me by name and voice, but I guess some things need to come to an end.

Disappointed. Thought Id get some Wingstop on the way home and the fries were okay. The roll was cold. And the Louisiana rub chicken tasted old and hard. Like I could barely eat it. I asked for all flats and still received drums. It sucks to wait that long for old food. I guess since it was after 10pm they didnt care and were trying to get ready to close soon so making me fresh food was not a priority. I will never spend my money here again. By the way: turn the air down. I know thats a trick to keep customers from dining in late or coming in at all. Thats the last thing your business needs with the construction on Main street. Smh

Their food is hit or miss, and theyre always busy. Sometimes the wings are cooked just enough (not crispy) and sometimes the fries are cooked in old grease and are limp. Even when you order online with a specific time, youre most likely going to wait another 20-30 minutes to get your food after arrival because your food isnt ready. Update: not only are your online orders not ready at the designated time, but you run the risk of them not even putting in your order therefore having to wait another 10-15 minutes

Wingstop as a whole has dropped off. Ten years ago, the boneless wings were great with a definite more meat to breading ratio (like 5-to-1). Now, theyre pretty much nuggets and the ratio is 2.5-to-1. Its disappointing. Its also a disappointment when the fries, at the opening of the store, are stale and old (definitely not fresh as they advertise).

It had been over a year since I last ate at this Wing Stop. Now that the construction has shifted to the other side of the road, it made stopping here much easier. The boneless wings were tasty - especially the mango habanero ones. Did not care for the dry rub smoke9 - tasted too buttery. It was a good experience and will likely be back again.

Ordered on line this afternoon for pick up at 6:45. The wings and fries were cold...its as though they were setting there for a while. My order got shorted...ordered 5 additional wings and never got them. Tried to call back and the phone rang 87 times (I counted, and they never picked up. Very disappointed!

Wingstop in The Colony can t get any order right! Everytime we have ordered from here in the last 3 years the order has been wrong or they forget half our order and get pissed when we aak for compensation. Today again my order is wrong and the fries are cold and soggy. Save your money and your time!!!

Waited a while, boneless wings should be called nuggets, bone in wings decent, fries extremely salty, got attitude when asked if i could get fresh non seasoned fries. Lobby had all tables dirty, customers had to actually clean their own tables.

This has to be one of the worst wingstop I have ever been too. First I was on hole for 20 minutes than they hung up. So I had to call back and of course I was on hold for about 15 minutes. Wont ever come back to this place.

They took my order in less than a minute and answered the phone after the 2nd ring. The Plano location couldnt figure out how to answer the phone after 10:00pm after 4 attempts, so The Colony location will get my business.

Hit or miss here. My orders have been frequently wrong and last time my boneless wings were way overcooked. Other times its great and no issues, must depend on the crew thats working.
