WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! My mom and I always go to this wing stop and get very minimal customer service but we like their wings so we kept going. However this time we found a hair in our food . It was not just a small baby hair but it was actually wrapped around the wing I picked up. Both my mom and I lost the appetite for the wings and called them up to see what compensation they would give us. The employee was nice and told us they could either remake the wings or give us a full refund and of course we asked for the full refund after feeling completely grossed out by the hair we found. So the employee told us we would have to call the owner to get it and gave us her number and when we called the owner was a completely rude and unreasonable. She said that she had looked over the recordings and saw that everyone was wearing their hat(which the girls that work there if youve ever been have super long hair and keep it messy and up as a common trend instead of slicked back like theyre supposed to be so the caps are pointless) and basically that we were not telling the truth (she even asked us to describe the hair) . After all that she said her employees would never tell us that we could get a full refund that it would be remake the wings or a refund for the specific wings we found the hair in ( so like 5 dollars in a 45 dollar order) . My mother told her that we had not asked for the full refund it was offered and would like her to honer what the employee said( which a 5 dollar refund would not have been bad if the owner wasnt so rude) . The owner said she would " think about it" and that is when my mother said she was going to fill out a customer satisfaction thing to which the owner replied with she didnt care because it would only "come back to me" as she put it. After her lack of concern my mother said she would not go to any wingstop ever again because of the poor customer service we had to which again the owner didnt have any concern . In the end after two weeks we received a fifteen dollar wingstop gift card in the mail from the owner (like we are ever going to use that yuck!) . I think we will be taking our business to Buffalo wild wings from now on. Even though it is further away and more expensive they actually care about their customers and I would bet money that I wont find a hair in my food.

I will update my stars when their service gets better which I have high hopes it will. Anyways tonight I called them to pre order 3 things of fries. I called them as I was walking out my house they immediately answered and asked me to hold well long story short I drove to Kroger on Belt Line, grabbed four items, (got lost in the store looking for one of the items) checked out, got back in my car and drove all the way to WingStop and they still had me on hold. As I was pulling into the parking lot they actually hung up on me. I called back and was hold on for another 6 minutes and I literally ordered my food, on the phone inside the Wingstop. As I was driving off I bit into one of the fries it was cold lol. I paid $13 for three fries, 3 ranches and sat on hold for over 20 minutes for this lol. This is like the third team theyve put me on hold for so long next time I need to record me grocery shopping and walking out my house all while on hold with Wingstop. Now I wonder how many things I can do while on hold with them. All for some fries, smh. I may need to find a mock recipe.

I dont usually write reviews but this made me so mad! Love the food but when it comes to the service in this location is the worst. Every time I go there I have a problems, ether I dont get my oder right or I order online so I dont have to wait for my food but I always end up waiting. Today I order online and when I went to pick it up they said that they give my order to someone else! AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN, THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Sincerely an excostumer! Yo no acostumbro a escribir criticas pero esta vez se pasaron. Me gusta mucho la comida pero el servicio entre especial en esta tienda es de lo peor. El dia de hoy ordene por linea para evitar la espera y me salieron con que le dieron mi orden a otro cliente. Esto es el colmo! TRATEN DE EVITAR ESTA TIENDA QUE DA EL PEOR DE LOS SERVICIOS!!! Atentamente un excliente!

Been eating from this particular wingstop for years and they have gradually become my least favorite place to order from. You have to repeat to them several times exactly how you want your wings or they will get it wrong. Online you used to be able to specify how you want your order, but they changed the app and cant any longer so you have to call and at times the line is busy so long that I would just rather not order. I only buy from here because my son loves wings.

Service is slow. Employees are ghetto. Owner is a joke in every aspect of the word. Good wings if they didnt give your order to someone else and actually prepared it correctly with fresh chicken thats been stored and cleaned properly. Which seems like a lot to ask for besides the one glaring point... They are a food place sooo its not a lot to ask for. Youd have a better customer experience if you shot yourself in the foot instead.

I placed my order online so I wouldnt have to wait, as I have my infant daughter in tow. When I got there they completely ignored me! There was a single to go order waiting & I explained to them that it was mine. They CONTINUED to ignore me until I went back out to lug the carrier in and stand and wait as one of the cashiers walked away! It was very inconvenient and totally avoidable!

I liked the wings and the fries. The service was great. The only thing that i didnt like was the baked rolls because they werent fresh like they used to be. They used to be puffy and delicious. Normally we go once every week and its been the same thing tastes and looks like day old bread. I am going to stop ordering the baked rolls. P.S They Should Pay More Attention To The Quality.

The worst Wingstop I have ever orderedeaten from My boyfriend and I ordered two wing combos and got the worst food poisoning I have ever had in my life I Called the manager and was told I was just trying to get free food even though I will never eat at this location again. Obviously we got some chicken that had been sitting out too long or never properly stored BEWARE!!!!!

Not a bad location. They are pretty busy, so five yourself at least an extra 20min either during lunch time or dinner time. Most employees here are friendly, they do get overwhelmed when it gets busy so make sure to check your order before leaving, they forgot my ranch couple times.
