There are ongoing problems dating back to around the time the store was renovated. 1) Servers arent allowed to print or write down what seasonal beers are on tap. As far as I can tell, this is the only location with this policy. I understand that the menu has [most of] the beer list, but its really frustrating to have to wait for my server to go check at the bar, try not to get lost/sidetracked on the way back, then try to recite from memory the beers on 5-8 rotating taps. 2) This location doesnt clean their beer lines. Yesterday I had a Grapefruit Shandy flavored Bavarian Dunkel...which is honestly a best case scenario. Other flavor combinations weve experienced arent as...tasty. 3) Wait times. Even on visits when its not busy (May through August), food takes a long time. We ordered at 6:55pm. Our food arrived at 8:07. We saw our server twice in that time. When we went out of our way to ask about our food, we were told that our order was preempted by 2 large takeout orders. I understand why (and still dont like it), but having that information volunteered and our expectations adjusted would have resulted in a more positive experience. 4) When I ask for a desert-heat seasoned Garden Chicken Salad and receive a salad with a naked chicken breast on top...and a dressing cup of dry seasoning along side it, my hope and faith in humanity is shaken to its core.

The last time I visited this B-dubs location it was about 6 months ago during lunch hours. I was working and me and another gal were waiting on the rest of our co-workers in the front lobby. It was shift-change and there were many B-dubs employees coming in. One waitress entered and smiled and said "Hello". I smiled and said "Hi" back. But as she walked passed us and through the doors she loudly said "Or nah!". I was shocked. I could hear her talking with the hostesses about it even. I pushed open the door and said "I said Hi". Yet, no apology. I experienced similar service as I was seated. I saw a gentleman walk by with "manager" on his shirt, and told him the service I had experienced within the first 10 minutes. Without sincerity or apathy he apologized and stated that corporate was in town that day and the employees were "on-edge". Rather than taking an opportunity to impress the higher-ups and treat guests with hospitality, several employees were extremely rude and I will not be returning to that location.

Ive always loved BWW. Until recently I bought their wings...that is until I drove 40 min to pick up my bone in wings and fries with cheese ans bacon... only to have them boneless...old and the fries with just bacon. I had to drive back when the manager offered everything to be fixed. I drove the 40 min again and everything seemed to be fine until they gave me a large... not two mediums so less wings. I told the waitress that I got less wings... she told me I would have to pay for the rest of the wings. I informed that I paid for more and this was a already screwed up order. After sitting there for 30 mins waiting on the chicken they came out drenched with no flavor. I gave up. Thats the end of my service.

I love the WILD wings. If you ever order it from here, make sure you spell it out for them. Otherwise theyll give you MILD. I told the waitress that I ordered WILD not MILD, so she took it back. Im thinking to myself its cool that shes correcting it. WILD and MILD have to different colors to them so I could tell the moment I saw them. It took her 30 seconds to bring me "WILD" so I thought something was fishy. The color of the wings made me realize she lied to me and still gave me MILD. She probably didnt want to get in trouble for messing up the order. I took a bite out of it and there was no spiciness to it whatsoever. I was going to complain again but my wife wouldnt let me. God bless that waitress

First and foremost I want to say our waitress Jasmyn was absolutely amazing, so polite and friendly, was truly here to serve the customer. With that being said hostesses and management had a lot to be desired. When we first walked in the door we were not greeted in a friendly fashion, they took us as a number. There were numerous(10+) open tables and it still took us over 30 minutes to get seated. The table turn over rate was horrendous, and just from a business standpoint they arent maximizing business performance, and I felt bad for the waitress as the more customers they serve the more money they can make.

Not the best location and not the worst, either. My first time going here, I ordered 8 boneless wings. That was it. And it somehow took them almost a half hour to have my food ready, despite the fact that the place was hardly busy to begin with. I got an apology for the wait, so at least they were aware of the issue. When I got my wings, there wasnt much sauce on them so I had to request extra for myself. But the food itself was good and my waiter was pleasant. So again, not the best experience but certainly not the worst Ive had and Ill probably be back again at some point if Im ever in the mood for wings.

Good food, little pricy but always love buffalo wild wings. I visited this establishment with a friend around 1p.m on a Monday. The business was pretty slow and the workers seemed like they hated life. I sat right across from the kitchen and watched food being prepared. My friend and I are both serve safe certified. The employees in the kitchen were not wearing hats or hair nets and one guy had hair down to his shoulders. Other kitchen employee was constantly on their phone while preparing food. Very disappointed in bdubs and probably wont eat here anytime soon due to sanitary reasons.

These people are the biggest assholes I have ever met. My friend and I went into watch some football, and the waitress was pressuring me to order and give her tips. I asked the manager to change some of the 50 TVs that they had playing sports (with about 16 people nearby) and he told me that it was 5$ a TV to change the channel. When I was walking out, one of the waitresses said "Thank god their leaving". Dont come here. The worst service experience of any restaurant I have ever been to. Isnt the point of Buffalo Wild Wings to go eat food and watch sports?

Worst serviceI have ever experienced. Will never go there again. Waitress brought a chicken salad instead of bbq chicken sandwich. Had to wait another 20 minutes for sandwich. When waitress brought it it looked like a burger but after 50 a minute wait and evreyone else was ready to leav ewho cares right? I asked where my fries were. Waitress said I gave them to someone else at the table. I asked so am I going to get fries? She said no someone else ate them. I told her to take the sandwich back, I would pay for my soda and then left.

I was expecting to find a show with rare breed winged buffalo here, and what I saw was outrageous. People were eating wings and watching sports, and I suspect those wings were from the rare breed of buffalo. I was going to call the police for endangerment of species, but I then realized how difficult it would be to explain that a riot happened at a show, and people were eating the animals. So I ran until nobody there could find me, I demand that the next time one of these "shows" happen, that it does not end up in animal slaughter.
