The Drive Thru Window, it took multiple times to explain what I wanted on 2 Double Stake Burgers and they still didnt get it right. What so hard about no pickles, and no lettuce on the other burger. because of my allergic reactions, "Thanks, Goodness," I examed the Burger first. That was a close one.

The staff here tends to be more mature and they get your orders without having to keep repeating yourself over and over. Jack in the Box quality has improved quite a bit over the last few years. Try the egg rolls, they are very good.

This is one of the better Jack in the Box locations in Mesquite Texas. Occasionally short handed, but we really like the employees. It is usually clean, however by being short handed it can be a little slow to recover from a rush.
