They suck. Really. They have ghetto hood rats working the front and they are disrespectful as ever. They forgot some food off my order so I had to call back to have them deliver it to me. They told me it would be here in 40 minutes. I had to wait 2 hours and still didnt have it. They told me I just had to wait cuz other people had to get their food first before I got WHAT I HAD ALREADY ORDERED 2 HOURS BEFORE!! I asked to speak to a manager and the girl hung up on me. So I called back and asked for a manager again. The lady who got on the phone portrayed herself as the manager but really wasnt!! I asked where my food was but nobody seemed to know what happened to it. I was told it was in the process of being remade and it would be delivered to me shortly. So i had to wait even longer for something i ordered 2 hours prior. I had to get out of my house at 8 pm to go get my food that I had already paid for because they still hadnt began to even make it. I got to the location and the "hood rats" were even more ghetto in person. The real manager had to come to the front and had no idea about what was going on. She addressed the situation and was able to get me my food that had already been sitting in the warmer the entire time. These little ratchet hood rats were as unprofessional and rude as hell. Aside from the delivery driver and the REAL manager, my entire experience with this location was horrible. I can say Pizza Hut has lost a customer. Im sure it doesnt matter much because they have so many other customers but I know they will no longer be getting any of my business. Oh and FYI I still ended up paying $47 for this! And a discount off my next order was offered....

i dont even want to give this place a star rating. last night was the worst experience ever. The customer service is horrible and nasty, one girl scratching/patting her weave non stop and the other two girls are messing with piercing on their bodies. i placed my order online, went to get it and its WRONG, i told the girl in the pick up window and she smacks her lips and tells me to hold 15 mins and theyll re make it. i waited walked inside to pick up my freshly made pizza only to find out they made the exact same pizza i just told them was wrong. so i became very upset and asked for my money back. i did get refunded and was told to take both pizzas. i get home and my kids attempt to eat them, but couldnt because they said the pizza had a sweet taste to it. so not only could any one in the damn place read what i wanted on my pizza but now it clearly seems like you dont do a good job of cleaning either you pans either. JUST NASTY AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.

We ordered food and over an hour and a half it still wasnt delivered. The first time my wife called they only said "it left 30 minutes ago." Half an hour later they said that it was out for delivery and should be there. When she had to call a third time she cancelled the order. They tried telling her she couldnt cancel it. Had they told her THE FIRST time that they were experiencing high volume, it would have been one thing. This was not the case. One, we dont want cold food an hour after they said it would be delivered. Two, we have children. We could not wait any longer. They need to eat at a decent time. We only eat pizza once every few months. Guess that is going to change because this is third time theyve done this to us. Thanks but no thanks.

Terrible customer service. When I order online itll say 45 min then after I place the order it changes to 135 min??? I have given this location chance after chance for the past 5 months and they always say its cause theyre short drivers and get attitudes instead of apologizing. If they cant keep drivers and overturn is consistently that bad then theres gotta be something wrong with this place. Ive received coupons before for having them run late to deliver my order even past the 135 min, then the manager wont accept the coupon cause they dont honor them at this location... But theyre the ones who sent it to me!!!! I love pizza hut but this location is the WORST and I will not be ordering from here anymore.

For most chain restaurants, you typically know what to expect in terms of food. Pizza Hut is no exception. What sets each location apart is the service. The times I have gone, Ive never had any rude service. The employees are friendly. With that said, this location often forgets part of my order. Theres been times where Ive had to wait at the window for them to prepare the missing item because it was overlooked. Other times Ive had to drive back. I have dealt with bad service on the phone from a manager on the phone, but upon arriving at the store it was a different story. My advice is to double check your order. Particularly if you ordered desert or drinks. Sometimes they overlook the deserts and drinks.

I dislike that two of my orders from the second week of December were COMPLETELY WRONG!! I asked for sauce drizzles, I get the wrong one, I ask for crust flavors I dont get any, I ordered an 8 piece wing only got 6 1/2 the half is for the BITE THAT WAS MISSING OUT OF ONE WHEN I GOT IT!! I ordered cheese sticks and got old nasty hard bread sticks! they have ruined two orders of mine in one week omg , I ordered a two liter and the delivery person refused to give it to me stating its not on the receipt, let me go check at the store THEN TOOK MY TWO LITER WITH HER AND LEFT ONLY TO RETURN LATER ON WITH IT. I am very unsatisfied by the service I received I will NOT order from Pizza Hut again, Dominos only

I ordered a pizza @6:55 and was told the wait would be between 25-35 minutes.so after waiting 40 minutes i called and asked where my order was only to be rushed off the phone and told theyll be there soon. which was a bold faced lie. 2 hours go by and my order still wasnt here and there was no call to say "hey theres been an issue" or "well give you an refund". just some advice never order from this place because your food may never come and they really dont give a care if it does.

Poor customer service, I had to wait about ten minutes because the one cashier was closing out her drawer and the other cashier hadnt opened his yet. Then once the guy took my payment he switched to another customer and the a third customer before they finally gave me my pizza out of the warmer box. The pizza was good and I prefer pizza hut. But doubt if Ill ever use this location again. The one on Cartwright has ten times better service

This is the WORST WORST PIZZA IN THE HISTORY OF TEXAS! Please, please dont eat this dog food! Poor COSTUMER SERVICE! The pizza taste like it was in the freezer for a week and they decided to throw it in the microwave and delivered it 2 hours later to my home! On top of being cold and hard like eating pebbles instead of sausage ! Im happy I didnt die from ever attempting to eat it!
