done. just done. im a person on disability and this store has time n time again made it so hard for me from customer service guy refusing to issue a rain ck in which i just asked for the mgr after going back with this customer service rep for 10 mins n then the mgr issued right away the rain ck. always just o one register open with a line of ppl. then of course, there was the time the cashier told me i had too many grocerys that were on sale and i had to put some back? so i guess i was spending to much money? i had 5 dinners so i dont think i was over some limit of a sale item but the rep said that they were afraid i was selling the tv dinners on my own?! r u kidding me? disabled with cancer and thats my goal to sell a tv dinner that i got on sale at the store but go to a corner to sell a dinner? just stunned! tonight, there were two open with 5-8 in each lane with many items. sad me had one tv dinner. of course, the other gals that i guess could open up a register only did that after everyone just stood there waiting for the one line that was kinda moving, we had to wait for the customer to bag her own items. the other line just stood there while the one employee was trying to get an answer from mr personality at the customer service desk. how do they pick these ppl to b in customer service is beyond me. so after 10 mins i just put my dinner down next to cashier n said i couldnt wait any longer. if they had a self ck out i would have done that but they have none. after time n time again im off to any bilo or walmart or q-t to shop. i know this will mean nothing to them at the store and im sure this will just b deleted by them but i will def share my experiences with everyone i know as they just too many issues to shop here n life is too short.

Let me say this, I manage a restaurant and online reviews are something I dread and truly appreciate. That being said, I myself have never written a review about an establishment before. However, I have lived downtown 2 years now and publix is within walking distance from me. The staff is oozing with life, giving superior customer service day in and day out. We get products on a weekly basis for the restaurant through this Publix and I wouldnt shop at another grocery store. The only downfall to the experience you get at this location is that once you see how a store should properly be managed, kept, and operated you will force yourself to drive out of your way if you must because this is how its done and no one does it any better. -John

I ordered my wedding cake through this Publixs bakery department. We worked with Joe, and my mother and I received nothing but kindness and reassurance that the cake for my special day would be perfect. Joe was definitely right! The cake was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had asked for, delivered and set perfectly at the venue, and I never once had to worry about it. It is very rare a bride doesnt worry about something! Not only did it look stunning, it tasted amazing as well, and my guests had nothing but positive things to say. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience. You made my big day a special one!!

The staff is ALWAYS amazing. They remember customers names and are willing to help when they can. Unfortunately, their produce section isnt as great. Its a small selection and no choices between organic and non-organic and the organic usually isnt ripe or completely over priced for the selection they have. When we get the vegetables that arent pre-cut (because most of their produce is pre-cut or pre-packaged) its usually going bad or the most terrible selection. Its the most convent grocery store to us, but since a lot of our diet consist of fresh food we have started going other places.

I ordered 2 subs online to be picked up at 7pm, my husband got there and one was wrong. Instead of correcting it, or even acknowledging my better half, they began serving the line of customers they already had. The whole point of ordering online is so u can walk in and get your subs and be on your way. This is the 4th time we have tried this so called "convenient " method of ordering, and it is the 4th time we have been inconvenienced instead of serviced. Very disappointed.

I was thrilled that there is a store so close to our new home. We used to travel 20 miles each way when we used the Clemson location, until the white haired blonde bag girl threw most of our groceries in our bags that we use. If I see her, I will leave the store. This is NOT what a Publix stores staff should act like. I am very disappointed! Fix this!

Pretty decent grocery store. No Trader Joes or Whole Foods. But staff is friendly and their pub subs are top notch. Its really strange that they cover magazine covers with woman on it if they are wearing bathing suits or something "too revealing" for conservative people. I actually hate that they do that.

Customer-oriented. Clean. Value pricing. Relevant sales and specials. Compact, neat, easy to find. Helpful friendly staff. FRESH PRODUCE,MEAT,SEAFOOD,BAKED GOODS. I dont have to walk miles of aisles. Theyve got it all in a convenient yet practical arrangement.

Went in for ballons, the guy that finally came to assist me with ballons, didnt know how much the one I inquired of was. He admitted he didnt know how to work hand held scanner, so we had to walk to the register to get a price check. Weird.

Decent selection and friendly staff. Did lose my deli online order (showed the confirmation email), but the staff was nice and made it right away. Sometimes have to wait 15+ minutes for rotisserie chickens. All in all, a decent experience.

Its Iike any publix but this one is smaller and has less selection. Theyve got the essentials though so its good for a quick trip for this or that. When I need to do groceries for the whole week I go to a bigger one (usually pleasantburg)
