I am regular visit from day one. had ordered almost all party food from this place. Nice food.. nice people... but nice people is history now. visited yday (09/08/206 @7:20 pm). new people seems new management . I was asking for prices for various food and so called manager was showing attitude to answer it. Seems high school going kid is placed as Manager and dont know how to talk/behave with customer. Good food is one thing ... however if your behavior with customer is bad...soon you will will be out of business, Good by Curry Place... will see some one else who can give good food/treatment to customer .

My husband & I stopped for the lunch buffet today, not our 1st time eating here but definitely our last time. The food was ok but the area where they have the buffet was absolutely disgusting with spilled food not to mention the bowl of food someone had prepared & left there. That bowl of food remained on the buffet area the entire 45 mins we were there, not once did staff come & clean the buffet area. I ate a small portion & truly had lost my appetite from the filth in the restaurant, dirty walls & seats as well as a sticky table... very disappointed

I go to Curry Place pretty often for dinner but today I went in for lunch they have the buffet for $8.99 including a little but tasty dessert, great variety of food, of course everything is delicious. Friendly staff . Like most of the reviews,this is just a hidden gem, I think they should advertise a little bit more their business, the decoration is pretty simple but they could manage to upgrade and appeal to more customers. Awesome food.

Generic name, generic suburban shopping center, but hiding an absolutely exceptional restaurant. Easily one of the best places to eat in Germantown, and if you love spicy foods possibly the best in Montgomery county. The menu which is fairly short, almost seems to be more like the chef recommendations, as my wife routinely asks for things not listed(ie. butter chicken) and they whip them up no questions asked.

I have only had the lunch buffet here and all of the offerings have been really good. Enough to have brought me back several times though I am seldom in Germantown. I eat Indian food often, and MOST places arent as good as The Curry Place. Moreover, the buffet is about as inexpensive as they come. I will only give five stars for my MOST favorite and exceptionally delicious Indian restaurants.

We catered food for 35 people. The food they provided was very tasty and of good quality. All our guests loved the food especially hakka noodles. The price estimate provided was very optimal as compared to other Indian restaurants in the area. Also the quantity provided was sufficient to cater additional 5-7 people. I would recommend veg/chicken hakka noodles as must.

Causual small neighborhood Indian place with all you can eat buffet. No fancy deco or lighting, but everything they cook is pretty delicious. Good for a quick fulfillment of Indian food crave at a reasonable cost during lunch. Not very crowded the time I went. Easy to park.

We eat there often. The food is consistently delicious, the service is very polite and helpful and the price is reasonable. Its a sure thing for carryout as the restaurant is small w/ booth seating. Not a lot of ambiance but the food and service makes up for it.

The Goat Vindaloo and Rosemary Garlic Naan were amazingly delicious. The service was quick and courteous, the restaurant clean and cozy, great value for the money. I plan on returning for the very affordable all you can it lunch buffet. Excellent all around.

Their Butter chicken, samosa and chicken chilly dry are my personal favorite. Overall food is good, and everyone working there is very courteous. Their baingan burtha is my personal favorite in veg entrees.

Food is great and authentic but after the third time ordering and having to wait an hour for anything to arrive, despite the restaurant being only half full, is very disappointing

Great food. Every time Im around in Germantown, Curry place is a must. Excellent food and service. My favorate spicy food is Lamb Saag and Goat Curry. Grate buffet at lunch too.

Very good biryani. Spiced a bit hotter than Im used to but tastes excellent. Very adequate serving size and economically priced. Garlic naan is very good too.
