Ordered 2 medium pizzas last night at 9:20. Everything was fine and was told our pizzas would be delivered by 10:30. At 10:20, we get a call from the manager (I think her name was Kate or something close to that) telling us that they dont have the crust we wanted for one of our pizzas....10 MINUTES before they were supposed to be delivered!! No one called earlier or told me at the time I ordered. So she refunds our order and says she will get it to us in 20-25 minutes, which would put it arriving at 10:45 at the latest. She also promised that she would send the driver straight to our house as soon as they got back. At 11:05, I call back to check on the pizza and where it is....It rings forever. I hang up and call back and finally a guy answers the phone. He tells me the driver left at 10:40 and had a triple and should be at our house any minute... My husband was literally waiting by the door, watching for him to pull up. We waited another 15 minutes and called the store back. To our surprise, the driver was at the store and the manager told us the driver had been to our house, rang the door bell and knocked on the door several times and no one answered... Weird considering we kept checking on the status and its now almost 11:30, 2 hours after I placed the order, and we STILL havent eaten dinner... We say that cant be right because weve been waiting by the door and even called to check back. The manager (Kate or whatever) tells us thats not true because she is the only one answering the phones... She then says our pizza was "undeliverable" so she cant send the driver, or anyone else, back out to give us our pizza. She didnt even call us once he got back to the store and said we were "undeliverable", nor did he call us when he was supposed to be delivering it to our house. So we went through 2 hour ordeal and no pizza to show for it, and still no dinner by 11:45... Absolutely the worst customer service! Yes, she made a poor attempt after the crust incident, but again, no call until 10 minutes before our pizza was supposed to be delivered. She basically called us liars because she was answering the phones and I didnt speak with her and her driver said no one was home and the lights were on. We got no phones calls about the so called "undeliverable" pizza. I cant believe this was what we dealt with last night!! We will NEVER use this store again because I would rather drive and pick up a pizza, then go through that nonsense again, especially when youre hungry and waiting to eat dinner! So completely ridiculous! I dont know how theyre still operating with the current staff and management if this is how theyre treating customers...

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order on the online app using my husbands account when placing my order I had changed the delivery address from his place of business to my brother in laws house (where we were visiting) when I did it asked me for a phone number so I put my husbands number down. When our delivery got there our bread sticks were missing. When I finally was able to speak with some at the store (was told he was manager) I gave him the phone number I put in and he repetitively told Im sorry we dont have an order for you and it was impossible we delivered to you. I was like if that so why is your address on my receipt. I had asked him if there was another way he could look up my order maybe by the address it was delivered to.... he then told me no. He then asked me what number was in my receipt and I told him there was nothing on there but the ticket number and my card number and total. He then told me I was reading it wrong and he promised me it was on there. After 10 mins on the phone and him arguing with that there was no way they delivered to me and that I dont know how to read he finally got some one to help him who was able to look my order up my address and what would you know I did have and order. Worst experience ever Ill stick with dominos!

Wish there was no stars. Had to pay extra for a dipping sauce for my wings, annoying enough. Picked ranch. 50 cents and had to pay $5 in delivery fees. My order was 30 minutes past the expected delivery time. Called in and got attitude from an employee and they said it would take 15 more minutes. Finally got my order 20 minutes later and didnt even get my ranch. Called the store and asked to speak with a manager and he mocked and disrespected me. He would repeat everything I said back to me and I just asked to at least get my ranch and he said "sorry mam Ill send your ONE ranch" and slammed down the phone. Terrible customer service and atrocious attitudes for a "team leader".

Ordered online and we were delivered chicken wings instead of the mini apple pies. We called this location and they were short and transferred us to an Amarillo location. We tried calling this location again and was put on hold a few times as the ride staff tried to sort things out. When we finally were delivered our mini apple pies, the driver mumbled a few things under his breath and shoved the food at us. I looked out the window and saw the driver spitting in my driveway. Shortly after, I went outside and found a crumpled pizza hut receipt we never received as well as other trash. Very dissatisfied.

The absolute worst pizza Hut location. Came to pick up my pizza at the drive thru and wasnt even acknowledged. Been here 10 minutes still no acknowledged. Not dressed to go inside. Watched people go inside after I pulled up still no acknowledgement. 8:07pm I received my order at 8:25pm and the manager said to oh well I didnt know you had been acknowledged. Im like really, you looked dead at me and kept on working.

Wish I could give them a flat 0 zero. The pizza weve tried a few times it just isnt any good. We gave them one more chance after a couple months break and this pizza always taste so bland, oily, and its flat pizza that isnt cooked right. It either comes doughy or burnt take your pick. Waste of money for sure, beware.

The person that took my phone order could not answer any of my questions. Then I went to pick up my order and it was wrong. So they told me I had to wait another 30 mins for them to redo it. I did not wait and asked for a refund. Horrible customer service!! I will not be going back there again.

I like the the toppings and the crust is amazing, but its just the sauce. The bread:sauce:toopings ratio was just all wack. In some areas there were too much bread, in others too much sauce, etc. Overall, an average pizza but if they can fix this problem it can get better.

Pizza Hut for years was so so. Definitely not my first, second or even third choice. Then my non-carb eating daughter came over with the grilled cheese crust pizza. It is sooooo good. I dont know how the rest of the pizza is but this was great!
