My Favorite Burger Joint!!! Great Burgers, prompt and friendly service.... Love it!! 7.15.17 UPDATE: Wow, two times in a row the burgers came out so greasy they were un-eatable, this last time when the person delivered it to the table, the grease poured out of the basket across my leg and on the table, the burger was sitting in a puddle of grease, bun completely soaked, when I picked the burger up it literally”poured” for a good 6 count then just kept dripping. Got an apology and a lame excuse along with a refund from the manager/, walked over to “Wendy’s” and got my burger fix there. Gonna give’em one more chance(3 strikes and they’re Out!) btw my daughters burger... Dry, No Grease... I don’t get it, They get to keep the rating for now, we’ll see what happens next time, sure hope it’s a HomeRun!!

This is one of my favorite burger places in a city with plenty of competing eateries. They serve somewhat upscale burgers and salads. Apparently beer is also available. My favorite is their grilled chicken burgers with large pieces of nicely marinated chicken accompanied by a good variety of fixings (cucumber, spinach, tomato, etc.) on tasty buns. For $3.99, you get a delicious shake with Haagan Dazs ice-cream. Their fries are seasoned with rosemary salt, which appeal to my family. They enjoy the juicy burgers, with or without cheese. Fantastic value for the price as you can get a satisfying meal for less than $8. Service is very good. Karen in particular was friendly and very efficient. The place was kept clean and welcoming. Definitely worth a try if you havent done so.

My go-to place for burgers and grilled chicken sandwiches. A vegetarian friend introduced me to it for the fabulously delish sweet potato smash fries (tossed in olive oil, rosemary and garlic). Not a combination I would have thought of but they are totally addictive. The black bean burger is okay (a little dry for my taste) but everything else on the menu is great. Although I usually go for the classic smash, I sometimes opt for the tasty bacon avocado club. Dont miss the bbq bacon and cheddar burger pilled high with skinny little fried onion rings. Looking to splurge? Build your own and pile on your favorite toppings. Just be sure to grab extra napkins.

Finally stopped in to try this place and it was hands down one of the best burgers and fries Ive had. Quality tasting meat and ingredients. Beyond taste, presentation is obviously taken seriously here as nothing was sloppy about this burger. Everything was sized appropriately and placed meticulously on the bun. Ive since tried the chicken sandwich and black bean burger and all have been just as fantastic. The smash fries are drowning in olive oil but thats how I like my potatoes.

This was the first time I had ever tried Smashburger and it was barely ok. I got the Smashburger and smash fries. The burger was dry and the patty was twice the size of the bun(wth?). I could hardly detect the smash sauce. The fries were just ok. Sadly, most fast food burgers taste much better than this.

The burger was very tasty, and the smash fries were awesome. The reason for the -1 star was because the burger was a little on the cold side. Not hot. It sits on an open faced bun, so cools off rather quick, especially when they put cold lettuce on it. Will come back for sure.

I seem to remember the burgers being better when they first opened. The cashier had mentioned that they changed the menu recently, so maybe they changed ingredients? Im not saying the burger and sweet potato fries were bad, but they werent anything to write home about. :)

I placed an order online and got stuck at work longer than expected so by the time I got my burger I didnt want it because it had been sitting out HOWEVER....the team here was so sweet to remake my meal. Thanks a million Plano team, now I am one happy chick!!!

Food was really good! Service was okay. The guy cleaning tables only took trys away and left food and crumbs all over the tables. I wondered why the table my husband and I sat down at was so sticky. They werent even busy.

Unsurpassed fast food burgers. Reminds me of 1958. Service is always fast and friendly. The regular fries are excellent. The "specialty fries" with the olive oil on them are not so much. WAY too greasy for my taste.

Ive had good burgers before, and this surpassed all of them. It surpassed Red Robin, Five Guys, even Culvers. The Smashfries are to die for, and well worth the cheap upgrade from regular fries.
