6/30/2017 we have come here over the past years or so and it has steadily gone down hill. Service - usually faster getting slower with questionable food handling practices. Cleanliness - poor. Seems like there is a leak or flooding issue as the carpet area now has rugs laying on it. Baskets that carry the food seem to never get cleaned well (had thick hard and sticky gobs of Ketchup stuck in wire baskets). Food - smashburger makes good food but this particular one is slacking. Seems like cheese got Burnt for a few days and then was scraped up under the burger and put on the bun. Fries had gobs of the seasoning on them and not in a good way. Looked like large boogers on most of the greasy fries. The place needs a lot of cleaning and less of the apathetic cooks. Used to love this place.wish I could post pictures.

First let me say food was ok, but very slapped together. This was an online order. Went to pick it up and line was at least 3 deep and no staff around not sure what was going on. Once we go to the counter gave our name and basically had two bags shoved at me "Here" and "did you pay already" . Very rude staff. usually they review order to make sure it is correct not this time, discovered they shorted us a smash fries Once we got home. Not sure if the staff is new or this site has been taken over by new owners who do not know/care what good customer service is. Wont be back to this smash burger(Frisco TX) again. Too many other quality choices out there and they will find out soon enough if they keep going this way.

We are in the beginning stages of food elimination due to allergies and our options to eat out are very limited. We were pleased to see so many options (easy to plan and understand). We talked to the front and manager. Even double checked in the kitchen to make sure they knew no dairy with out me asking. I did asked about ingredients in the gluten free buns and they checked corporate website. When they werent sure of one ingredient the manager did further research to find out. They so went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe meal!!

Greasy, little content, overpriced. I tried both the Avacodo Chicken Club and the Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger. The chicken ($7) was very thin (you get more in a Wendys grilled sandwich) with about a sixth of an avocado. The Burger ($6) had very few mushrooms. I dont know who these guys think they are. They must think they make the greatest sandwiches for those prices. They are wrong, they were terrible. The only taste they left me with was grease/butter.

We heard about this place, and given that its so close we had to try it out. But probably wont return given that there are so many better choices for a good burger around here. There was very limited seating and we felt as if we had to fight for a seat. And once the food showed up, the burger patties themselves tasted as if they came straight out of a bag from Wal-Mart.

Okay. I am giving up on this location. Worst visit ever. Dry, cold and overcooked, order screwed up, surly lazy staff. Its not going to make.it given the competition nearby. Old: Incredible turnover in staff has driven this place from 4 stars to 2. The owners need a new GM. Old: Consistently good burgers and service in a casual, counter order way.

I ordered three burgers to-go and two of them were not made correctly. I went back into the restaurant and informed the cashier about the problem. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes and the order was STILL INCORRECT. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to acknowledge the mistake. I was once a loyal customer but now I will never go back.

It was okay. Didnt think I was walking into a $10 Burger place. Opted for a basic cheeseburger. It tasted good, though was not much more than a 1/5#. The bun dwarfed the puny Burger. As a fast food place, I guess for Frisco, its average. 1st time visiting it in 6 years here in Frisco. Personally, Id of enjoyed an inn n out a lot better.

Mixed bag. The rosemary fries taste super but the portion is quiet small. Burgers are squished flat, hence the smash, so they appear large and eat well as you get Burger and bread and toppings in each bite but ultimately feels unsatisfying as it lacks the bite of a real burger. Priced around 5 guys pricing but not nearly as satisfying.

Located SOUTHWESTcorner of Dallas North Toll Road (Dallas Parkway frontage road). Google map directs you to southeast corner. One of two in area, other located several miles south in Plano. Prompt service with burger cooked when ordered. Order from menu or create your own from toppings. Sit on patio in nice weather.

Bad Experience.The day we went the cashiers were painfully slow and we stood in a short line for over 10 mins. The burger patty was tasteless and very greasy, pushed down on the patty and grease oozed out of it. The fries looked crispy but were somehow chewy.

I would rank the burger slightly ahead of 5 guys, but you do get far fewer fries. Burger was very tasty overall, especially with the aged Swiss cheese. Still need to try their other sides, but I can tell you the milkshake looked very good from afar...

I usually dont give bad ratings, but I bought last night smash burger bacon cheese, and smash fries to go, the fries where dripping grease, the burger was really grease. I dont really like it, I went to the downtown Dallas one and it was way better.

Burgers arent bad but the price is waaaaay toooooo high. The Reg. Burger is $6.29 and it doesnt even come with fries or a drink! Brandon, the gentleman tgat waited on us was very nice and helpful. Good service but the food was great for the price.

A little over priced for what you get! Expect a fairly greasy burger, smashed meat and more than $10 for an average meal. The employees are ok, but not the most helpful. Perhaps in time this location can improve and I will re-review.

Awful customer service. First review Ive ever left anywhere. But, you should be warned. Dont expect anyone to give a crap that you want to eat here. And the staff is sitting around with dirty tables and a grubby floor. Sad.

Greasy. 1.29 for one piece of bacon cut in half. Bottom bun was completely soggy with grease right when i got it. Smash fries are fries soaked in olive oil. Gross. Spent 12 bucks at lunch. Wouldnt ever come back

My visit to Smashburger was good. I ordered a Spicy crispy chicken jalapeño baja with fries and a drink. The sandwich was really good with flavor. Willing to shell $10+ for burger and a meal this is your place.

You dont get your dollar value for how expensive the burgers are. I ordered a larger and was barely bigger than .99 cheese burger and it cost over 8 dollars. The burger was good but way too expensive.

Not worth the price. We hadnt been in a couple of years. The big smash burgers of years past have turned into puny cold burgers. The hot dogs are greasy believe it or not. Its not what we remembered.
