We (a party of 25) looked online at the Gazeebo Burger website to check on some prices. We were going to call in a large order but the website has no prices listed. We then called the Plano location to check on some prices we were disconnected twice. We phoned the 3rd time and spoke to someone that could barely speak English. When asked for some of the menus prices he said "Me no know" When asked to speak to the manager he replied "He no here". We asked when they would return he said "Me no know".You guessed it, we took our business to another restraunt around the corner. Our order totaled $192.00. Our advice to Gazeebo Burger is follow the first rule of business which is Customer Service.

Overall pretty good burger-and-fries type joint. Sandwiches are cooked to order so there isnt anything that ever sits around under a heat lamp. Their chicken sandwiches are fantastic. A huge butterflied chicken breast on every sandwich, and you can get it with avocado on it! While some of the sandwiches come with some toppings included, you can add pretty much anything to any sandwich, and the prices are clearly marked on the menu board. They also have a very extensive toppings bar for the veggies, so you can control what and how much goes on your sammich.

A little outdated decor, but the food is whats important. Limited menu options but thats nice, makes it easier and quicker to order. I love the idea where you get to put what garnishes you want on your burger/sandwich. They have a "salad bar" where you can choose what you want to add to your burger and load it up. They also have a salmon burger option. Quality and serving sizes were good and is worth another visit.

Went back today for the first time in years (I used to work in this area but no longer do). The burger was just as great as I remembered and I tried the onion rings for the first time, which were delicious. I will definitely make sure to return sooner than later. This has been a great lunch stop for many years and I certainly hope it stays that way.

Burger was fine. I ordered to go wanted box because knew I could only eat half. But noted once opened my burger smaller with more uniform patty than eat in patrons. I felt cheated and that mine was not fresh. I mentioned to cashier he said was same. I am not stupid. Fries were hot. But I am not coming back.

I have been going to Gazeebo Burger for over ten years. The burgers are great...the service is awesome and employees treat you like family. And its definitely not pricey...its like 6 bucks for a burger with actual quality and taste. Recommend to all!

Return visit after long absence. Too many burger joints in Plano. Different in that you put on your own toppings; lettuce, onions, pickles, tomato slices. Serve on the larger burger especially the bun.

Love Gazeebo Burger. The Grilled chicken sandwich, burgers, and salads are all fantastic and I eat there about once every two weeks. A staple in my normal take out places.

I liked the little condiment bar similar to a mini-Fuddruckers so I could top it how I wanted. The lunch special for a burger, fries, & drink for $7.95 is a fair deal.
