When I first walked in thru their doors I have noticed Half of the people were on their phones the lady that was on the register looked at me and took off to the drive thru window to take an order at a car that just showed up. Leaving me just there by the register no one ever told me "may I take your oder. A lady from the back was coming Tores me on her cell phone then suddenly something was more important she had to stop and text . She showed up at the register and started to text again. Not good at this moment I was getting a little upset. Those are the employees here at 6:40 pm on a Tuesday. The inside chairs are overused bad . I came here also so my baby could play in the playground they have and that was closed with a sign that said under repair even though you couldnt see any construction going on I dont recommend this place if youre coming to spend time and eat with family.

Use to be our family spot. Food poisoning on one late Friday night after church. Rude female attendee with frustrated look and attitude. In more than one occasion had the same bad experience in terms of customer service and food quality. Costco thin straws and napkins, broken ketchup dispenser on every visit. We were hoping it would return to the good old days but not even close. We use to loved this place so much we would chose BK over Olive Garden, not just for the price but for the great service delicious fresh food. Bad enough to take time to write review... Why the down grade in quality and service?

Dont like their attitude very rude they walk around like they dont see you standing at the counter aleast smile you have a job and please melt the cheese on the sandwiches no one wont cold cheese slapped on their food and the burgers need to be hot so please run them a second time through the broiler and the fish should have a crunch not a grease taste.The nuggets have batter in the middle and not properly cooked they are cooked frozen.Please hire different races not just one race because the people they have working cant even work the the cash register or speak properly.

Every time I have been to this Burger King I have had to leave because the wait time was atleast 30 minutes in the drive thru.. Thats before you even get to order. Worst serviced Burger King I have ever been too! Corporate needs to clean house and hire a great manager who is responsible and knows how to truly run a restaurant. Also employees are very slow and way too laid back for how busy they are. Too great of a location right off a main freeway to be this horrible and this slow! Please read these reviews and TAKE ACTION!

My mother used a coupon and everything went well right?Not exactly.The order wasnt completed until half and hour later and the workers were slow.The worst part was that the person who took the order had left her shift.How irresponsible people are.She had to complain about three times.In the end one of the cashiers had given us an order of free fries and a large drink.That will not make up for anything.The last time I walk into that Burger King with their horrible customer service.

There wasnt anything at all that I liked . I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes after repeating my order 3 times and got home to find out my whole order was wrong . The girl in drive through was very damn rude and poor service all the way around . this is twice now in the past 1.5 weeks and doubt there will be a third ... But I would not recommend the place at all and would rather drive 40 miles to another if I had too thats for sure ...

I asked for a veggie burger and asked what kind of patty was on it. They said there was no party just veggies. Which is wrong because they do have a "veggie patty". I put my order in and waited for 10mins, as soon as I got up to the window they told me they didnt have any veggie burgers. I was very confused and mad. Why wait until I get to the window to tell me that.

This burger king is not good at all, poor service I waited a long time my food and they had it just sitting up it was ready!! then they said I had to wait for hash browns and I waited, they had some and I still didnt get it !! this was ridiculous they act confused like they didnt know what to very unprofessional I definitely wont be going back..

Every time I visit here it disappoints me . The service is good, they serve at a timely manner and the coupons are always a deal... but then again the meats are dry and seem like it have an after taste. The fries have an after taste sometimes too but Im guessing it depends which crew you get. I only go when I have coupons and no other choice.

Poor service, Cold chicken, Condiment counter filthy and out of supplies. I had trouble finding a clean table and there was trash on floor. City inspector should check this place out.Go there at your own risk. I tried to talk to management and was ignored. I dont think BK corp cares as every BK I have ever been in had serious problems.

Went to drive thru and employee kept talking over me and when I got louder he said I was yelling. When I got to window I ask person could he hear. Manager came to window and immediately became rude and told me I can leave. I left. This BK is always rude and hardly any customer and I will never go to BK again. Threw my coupons in trash.

Almost empty, but had many dirty tables. Two employees stood rt inside door (back entrance, not main) letting in cold air rt next to me for 10 min. And then the security guard propped it open permanently. I was feeezing, no warning or aploogy so I had to pick up everything and move. I wont be eating there again any time soon.

Well I have probably said this in most of my other reviews. The customer service. The staff here works hard to make everyones order as they request. The food is always cooked to order. I like trying the new menu items they promote as well.

Bunch of guys standing around doing nothing ( including mgr marvin ) did not acknowledge me for three minutes..so i asked them whats up ? I left out , NEVER going back !!!
