Worst experience ever!! 10/30/2013 I went in, there was only 3 occupied tables, not busy at all. I order and pay for my order at 1:56 pm. Some guy came about 10 -15 minutes after me and ordered 2 orders to go, 5 minutes later he got his order. After he left i got up and ask for mine i was told they were working on it. Finally all people inside left and a couple more pick up orders to go, my lunch hour was over and here i come again asking I told the cashier if they havent start m,y order i would like to cancel it and she said: No Its almost ready and I heard when she told the cook, than i waited 8 more minutes and my order was finally ready. Bring the food to my office since my lunch hour was over, to my surprise noodles were good and warm but the chicken was cold. I paid $13.00, waited for almost an hour because they forgot to put my ticket where they were supposed to and food was not cooked right!! I was very upset. I will never go back to DESI WOK.

Okay my best friend always kept raving about Indian food. my sister dated a indian before and he made this rice pudding and let me taste it. she ate dinner at his house it smelled good when I stepped in to pick her up. Finally my best friend wouldnt stop talking about chicken musala and anyone I spoke to always bragged about indian food and how great it taste. I decided to come to desi wok and try it Indian food for the first time. OH MY GOD ! that place is so dang good. I almost bought the hole menu. It smells good it taste good great quallity stuff. I am going to have to steal the recipes to some of these dishes! I love to cook and I am always looking to try somthing new! Desi Wok I give it 5 stars for their hummus their curry dishes and the chicken musala.Everything tasted so fresh and I am glad I got to taste it!

On the plus side they can make decent Indian food... but that is only maybe 75% of the time. On more than one visit we have had food where the sauces were very very water and we were less than impressed. The down side is the prices are a bit high. I can accept the price for the entres as being reasonable, but the price for naan is too high. Overall it isnt the best Indian experience you will ever have, but in Tulsa you dont have a lot of choices. It is probably the second best pick for Indian food... but I can really only think of 3 in Tulsa. Oh, I would say you should pass on the Chinese food... it isnt that good and you can easily find much better Chinese food in Tulsa for the price than you can here.

Ive adored this place for years. Years, Im telling you. I no longer live in Tulsa, but I still eat here every time I come home to visit my mom. Every. SINGLE. Time. They keep on updating the interior and making it nicer, the people up front are SUPER nice (most know me on sight), and yeah, the food has had its ups and downs over the years, but its always been decent, even at its worst. Its currently very delicious, and has been consistently amazing for about three years now. I dont really like their chicken dishes, but you must try their chicken appetizers. Their lamb and paneer dishes are to die for, which is great because most of their entrées let you choose the accompanying protein. :)

Oh my! I cant say enough good things about this place! Ive tried most of the Indian restaurants in Tulsa, India Palace and Cumin, their food was okay but the servers were really rude. But every time I come to Desi Wok I get really really friendly service! Last time I came in the service was top notch, the Marsala Paneer was to die for, and wait was really quick. Highly recommend this place for fast dinner or lunch! (P.S. Try the Marsala, its the best...)

Over a year ago I rate this 5 star, I come every Tuesday for lunch, I have watched the renovation, the change of staff...and the food getting worse n worse..prices have steadily rose, while quality & friendliness is out the door ..I have been kidding myself for weeks...its cause of the heat, the traffic construction, the change of employees...but today is my last Tuesday.

I avoid this place. Back in 2004-2005 I loved this place. I came in with my work crew one day the cashier was so high she fell asleep 8 times while trying to order. Thought maybe it was a one time deal, so the next time I went the food was so horrible we threw it away. If you want an authentic meal or just a good meal my advice is to go somewhere else.

I should give - *** but there is no option. Worst Indian food I have ever had. May be food is good for many people but its not at all Indian. I ordered veg Manturian, believe me an Indo Chinies lover will die after seeing and testing it. Go there and eat, but dont go with the expectation that you are going to a Indian restaurant.

Delicious, large plates of food. Whether you need it mild, medium, or hot, they can dish up any of their many menu choices with the right protein, heat, and naan. The wait is never long. My one complaint is that their booths are cushioned, but it definitely still feels like youre sitting directly on the plywood underneath.

I have been in Tulsa for a little over a year and I get a craving at least once a month for Desi Wok, its very casual but the staff is very friendly. The Chicken Tikka Masala should be had by everyone Im surprised its not busier than it is! Thank you Desi Wok for making my belly and taste buds SO Happy!

I walked in with my wife looking for a new taste to experience. Before I made it a step inside I was meet by the friendliest host Ive ever met named Tarzan. He gave me a great meal idea and was fast with the service. Tarzan and the food both get a ten out of ten in my book. Im so happy we ate there.

This place used to be decent, but not anymore. By the time I finally got my food (which was supposed to be to-go and was just sitting on a shelf), it was bland, cold, and almost inedible. Needless to say I wont be coming back here.

Their Tika Masala is edible but otherwise this is a terrible restaurant. Ive tried it three times thinking it must just be a fluke sine others like it, but nope its well and truly dysentery inducing cuisine.
