As unhealthy as this place is, i still thought Id stop in tonight, 8pm. Maybe it was fate telling me not to eat there. the lady in front of me was standing there a good 3 minutes before i asked her if she already ordered. She said the lady told her to wait. It seems the lady, manager apparently, was too busy taking Internet orders. To make matters worse, she brought a few tickets over to where the line was and didnt even acknowledge me or the 2 other customers waiting. I waited a moment to let her get organized but she still never looked up. I just walked out. Ill probably never go back now. Thank her for me.

I have visited this place twice and both were horrible experiences. They keep talking on their headsets and filling to-go plates for drive through costumers and keep dine-in costumers waiting. First time we went here we had to wait 7 minutes to be serviced even though it was not busy at all and there was no one in front of us. This time we wasted 15 minutes driving there, were first in line again and had to wait 10 minutes standing there being totally ignored by the staff! We left feeling frustrated, ignored and hungry. Will not go back to this place.

Steam rice is always moldy or stale. They could use the rice produced from several years ago instead of current year and not properly stored. They must get it for cheap price. Most people may not notice this because they normally pick up fried rice that moldy/stale tastes is covered by condiments. Sometimes you can find some of meat and veggies in your dish is from leftover of over night if you go there early in the morning.

The chicken was disgusting and old, that when i ate it, the chicken stuck to the roof of my mouth! the chow mein is always old and oily and not good...i asked for it to be fresh! but i waited for 10 minutes and it was cold and old! i think they just gave me the old batch! and i ordered cream cheese rangoons, which are my favorite thing to get there, and they were soaking with oil! and at $8?? not a smart choice!!!

got food poisoning after eating at this place, emailed company the same day got a acknowledgment in the email asked for the receipt from me and not heard back from them, was speaking with kiddo aftercare teacher and telling them about food at panda express , she mentioned that other have said the same thing. if your stomach is not strong avoid this particular location

Its fast food, so keep that in mind...I think the food is good. The place is always clean. The staff is always quick and friendly. I dont think theyve ever gotten our order wrong. The price seems right for the portion size and quality. We like it because of the variety and that they serve Pepsi products.

I dont know what everyone is complaining about. The staff was friendly and the food was just like how it is at all other Panda Express restaurants. If you like Panda Express, then youll like it. Keep in mind its a FAST FOOD restaurant, so its not top notch. You get what you pay for.

They are always out of everything, which is really weird considering there is no one ever there. I already know Im sacrificing quality for the convenience of a drive thru but its not convenient at all when I have to sit and wait for ten minutes for anything to eat.

There are so many choices for good Chinese food in Plano, dont waste your time here. This is typical mall food court Chinese, tasteless old food sitting in a steam table for hours. Much better places nearby....

Typical Panda Express. Good food, but you should go there during their busy times only to make sure the food is fresh. The orange chicken is the star of their menu. Its a shame that they dont have Coke products.

We luv Pand Express food when we are craving chinese and want it fast!! Limited menu but done well. Price is reasonable too. They are also great supporters of school fundraisers and very popular there too.
