So hard to get service here. The wait staff is MIA whether youre picking up a called-in order or at a table. When dining in it takes a great deal of effort to get the waiter or waitress to acknowledge you when you need something like a drink refill or more chips. Every time Ive come in the service has been terrible whether it was crowded or slow. When ordering to-go I always order over the phone or online. The staff has taken anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to acknowledge me when I walk in to pick up my order. The bartender looks right at me then looks away and ignores me. Tonight 3 employees and the manager stood right in front of me without even speaking to me until finally one of the women asked if Id been helped. When I said no she disappeared into the kitchen to get someone instead of doing it herself or getting one of the other three people standing there to do it. These things happen every single time I come in. So why do I come in? Because the food is amazing! But just be prepared for the service to be bad.

Love this place, I go at least 2 times a month. And dont get me started on their salsa - Im an absolute salsa freak, and I can never have enough of the On The Border salsa! The quality of their food is pretty consistently delicious - I usually end up getting chicken enchiladas, and the serving sizes are always more than enough. The only thing I could think of improving upon is for them to bring back the chocolate turtle empanadas! I loved that dessert so much, but a couple months back they got rid of it, so disappointing! Though thats not the restaurants fault so much as it is the chains. Their service is also really good, never a long wait for anything. My favorite casual restaurant :)

Food was fine, service was fine. I tipped, but when it showed up on my credit card, it seems they think they deserve even more of my money. (I budget and write down transactions as theyre charged to my account, so when the statement doesnt match my manual input, its obvious. Plus I always tip up to a full number i.e. $xx.00 and every time this happens, its not a full number). This is blatant stealing, and you should avoid an establishment that outright steals from its customers. Please go to another location, dont reward this behavior.

I had a hankering for cheese enchiladas like never before. This location had already closed the kitchen but the manager Lawrence made a special order of cheese enchiladas for me at 10:15 on a week night. Thats the kind of customer-service that keeps a customer loyal for the rest of their life! On The Border you guys have a keeper there with that manager!

This place is awesome! Having had a variety of Mexican from New York down to Florida, this is the BEST I have had EVER! Not only was the food excellent, the service was superb. I recommend this place to anyone visiting this area! You will no be disappointed.

Just left after waiting 15 minutes at the table with no one even coming by to bring chips, salsa or drinks, which is unacceptable for the very small amount of guests present. This sucks since I really had my heart set on OTB, get it together guys.

Worst Mexican food I have ever had. Even 1 star is not good enough. Told the server the food was awful he just said ok . He didnt even try to find out what was wrong with the food. Customer service sucks too. Never eating at this place again!!!!

For our recent staff lunch OTB provided excellent service, from the on-time delivery to setting up the lunch for us. We will definitely order again for our next lunch. Plus plenty of food, tasted great and enjoyed leftovers the next day.

Make sure to call ahead and check to see if they have food...they ran out of fajitas when we went. Who would have thought!?! Very frustrating. So we just went up the tollway to the "real size" OTB (after confirming they still had food).
