Service? I honestly do not know where to start, probably at the drive-thru dashboard where I was reluctantly greeted (by greet, I mean "what can I get you?") by an audibly disturbed employee of Taco Bell. Once I arrived at the window, one of the employees literally just stared at me without a word until I handed over my card. He returned it without a word as well while I had to extend my arm into the drive-thru window to get my card back. The uncoordinated workflow and lack of communication between the employees and their customers was honestly disheartening...never seen anything like it. They also looked like they hadnt showered in days and the place was unkempt and very dirty. Will never come here again. Epic failure.

The good at his Taco Bell is great! Its a decent Taco Bell with great bathrooms (no graffiti and dirty toilets). The menu has many things to offer, and the cheese quesadillas and chicken fajitas are awesome! Its next to two other restaurants, Pizza Hut and Italian Garden. I would definitely go here if I were either to grab n go or to just casually dine there. Otherwise, you cab check out the other restaurants nearby. This Taco Bell does have a drive through, and on the inside, the tables are really clean.

My order was always messed up. Theyre always out of products, and have bad tasting food & old drinks especially the tea. Plus to top it off, theyre so very slow. We waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru line a few times, never again cause we now go to another store which is much better. The Custer Rd. Taco Bell is terrible and corporate should investigate why theyre so bad and work on these problems they have.

Gone downhill. Told them I wanted no cheese, no sauce and I wanted Tomatoes. He said no tomatoes on the hard shell only. So i got the supremes. So I said no sauce. So what do I get......cheese, sauce and no tomatoes. I guess I should have said, cheese, sauce and no tomatoes - that way I would have got no cheese ,no sauce and tomatoes. lol i give up with this place.

20 min wait and the rudest staff to help time go by faster. I will never go back to this Taco Bell location. No sense of urgency its called fast food! When I finally got to the drive-thru window ask manager what was going on she said nothing just a little busy. The inside was not packed and there were four cars in front of me.

Ok i seriously just left. My food was wrong, and cold. My freeze was half melted when given to me. When i asked about if the machine was working properly he said i dont know and didnt offer to make me another or get me anything else. The guy at the front counter and the window seemed more interested in being on there phones.

Every time I have been to this Taco Bell it has been sub par. The burritos at any other Taco Bell have more food in them and are a lot firmer. I am so tired of taking a bite and getting a mouthful of just a tortilla. I never thought I would say this but I didnt even get the shits from this Taco Bell.

Ive been going here a long time and tonight on one of my late night munchie runs. I bought a lovely grilled stuffed nacho. Upon coming home and opening its individual bag....a dead beetle fell out of it. I am absolutely upset not only am I out food for the night I dont even want to go back.

I tried to be understanding because the Custer location in McKinney appeared to be under staffed during the lunch hour, but the employees AND the manager were demonstrating a severe lack of urgency. I had to leave without my food after waiting 15 minutes for a burrito.

I eat here all the time but Im just gonna start going to a different one. This is the dirtiest bell around. Every single time I go in there the tables and floor are dirty. The staff needs to go to the one on Preston in Frisco. That lady knows how to run a bell!!!!

The person working the drive-thru window that day was on his game. At first, I thought it was a recording because of how over-the-top his voice was, but then he maintained it throughout the order. He really made for an entertaining experience through a drive-thru!

Great service, Late night at that. I use the mobile app and consistently get a very complicated, extra everything, type of order and they made it so perfect in comparison to other locations Ive been to where its just thrown together and messy. Great experience

Check your order after pickup when using the drive-thru. Whenever we get good service at this location the employee is gone within a few months. 90% of the time we have to pull around and get something fixed or ask for something that was left out.
