Weve been taking my elderly father here once a week for the past several weeks. Service has been good and food ok, not great, especially for Olive Garden, just ok. The last two visits, my order has been just the salad. Nether time have I received a quality salad for that being my meal. The salad mostly consisted of huge chunks of the white lettuce from the core. We split the bowl of salad, but keep in mind it was my meal! The second bowl was less than half filled. So split that again with the table, and my "meal" is now nearly nonexistent, AND not quality lettuce. Not worth the $10.99. A few weeks ago, I ordered the Spicy Calabrian Chicken. Within 30 minutes, I was sick. Dont judge...I had the left overs for lunch and got sick again. Yes, it took eating it and getting sick twice to realize I had food poisoning. So last night, my father ordered the Never Ending Pasta Bowl, with an extra order of shrimp, about $15. The first bowl was nice and full. His second bowl came in a bowl the size of a bread plate. To top the whole experience off, at the end of the meal, the server brought ONE mint!

First off, the service wasnt bad. Food was forgotten, messes not cleared, but honestly not horrible. Food... This is where Olive Garden lacks. The bread sticks some how are both uncooked, yet stale at the same time. Not entirely sure how they managed that one. Super salty as well. Salad, good as usual. Calamari appetizer was so unbelievably boring that I had to eat the bread with it, to make it taste like anything. Main course... This is the place that for years claimed it sent its chefs to Italy... Tiny shrimp, old tasting mussels, and even more tiny scallops. All which I had to design myself, because they cant make actual Italian dishes. Ultimately the main course sucked, because it generally tasted not fresh and seasonless. Olive Garden has basically become McDonalds food. They even sell what looks like quesadillas on the kids menu... Is this Mexican or Italian? Only tasteful items are the salad and the black tie cake.

Have not been there in quite some time, we live in Pebble Creek. I found the service to be OK, the salad was dry, not enough dressing, the fettucinine dish I ordered had no flavor and also was not good. In the past it has been. We paid for our meal and did not reflect our disappointment in our servers tip, however, the couple sitting next to us asked for their military discount and were told "NO". We thanked them for their service and will not eat there again. Neither should they. In the grand scheme of things, what is 10% to one couples bill for a big chain like Olive Garden?? Sorry, disappointed in that decision. I will not eat there again.

Have eaten at this specific location many times. Same dish can be good one time poor the next. Portions continue to get smaller and smaller each time we go. Last night was the last time we will be visiting for quite a while. We received the worst service ever. It began with asking for a glass of moscato and the server came with 3 almost empty bottles of the wine poured them into the glass and that still was not enough for a full glass. Waitress was rude and inattentive. Literally slammed entrees down on table turned and left. Worst server ever. Should have spoken with management but didnt. This server needs another kind of job

This truly was more than a pleasant experience. It was altogether one of the best dining experiences we have ever had, and for a birthday especially. We were so thankful for the excellent quality of food, decor & service; this is hard to find now a days. From beginning to end it was amazing. Greeted warmly entering, having a fantastic waiter, Todd, and the quality of food with the free slice of heavenly cake.... Thank you all so much for a great experience on a very special day fr us both. Much praise. Money well spent. This is what you hope for when you spend the money for An Experience.

First of all, I am shocked to even read the review from Susan Leblanc. I have been going to the to go counter 2 times a week to pick up my girlfriends chicken parm with fettuccine alfredo instead of the marinara pasta. I am always delighted to see Deidra there who always reviews my orders, my gf and I find her to be so beautiful and hopefully have the courage to give her my number and see if shes up for spending some time at our place. Deidra if you read these you probably know who I am so can I have your number because damn your lips look tasty and my girl agrees.

My husband and I went last week for a random last-minute lunch. I was craving some soup and salad. The table smelled like old mop water, and when they brought out the calamari, it looked horrible, was pale and mushy. I gave it back to the waitress and was told, "A new person cooked it today"....ok but I still returned it. The manager came to the table and took the charge off the total. It was a one time thing, but the smelly tables make me not want to eat there again.

I Went yesterday... Friday at 7;00 pm expecting lots of people, regular service and regular food... I was right about the place being crowded but the service and the food were fantastic. My salad was fresh and served in a cold plate.. my food was hot and delicious. We had an issue with the bill (my mistake) and manager and waitress teamed up to make resolve the issue. I had a wonderful time with my wife and 2 kids. Cant wait to go back again .

Hello, today i went in to place a togo order first off i would think olive garden wouldnt allow their employees to wear black lipstick an have makeup on like its halloween. Deidra was the girl who helped me an I did not care for her high pitched fake tone, i felt her attitude when i asked for a little extra sauce. I always get extra sauce no problem, i wanted to ask for a manager but it was very busy and i didnt have the time to wait.

I was in town a night early for a work meeting, so since I was solo and it was by my hotel I ordered Olive Garden online for pickup. The ordering system online was easy and friendly. The food was ready when I arrived at Olive Garden and I appreciated they double checked my order before I left. Overall, a great ordering experience with good food. I recommend the online ordering system.

I had been here before, and during my first experience the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and the wait was relatively short both times. However, I had found regular pasta in my gluten-free pasta today, which concerns me because if I had eaten it, I would have been sick for at least 2 weeks. Very dissapointed with that, but otherwise good, especially their salads.

Your typical olive garden with good Italian style food and a variety of drinks. Very kid friendly, lots of parking in the Plaza (though it does still get crowded during peak meals), the staff here are very good for both take out and dine in. I am particularly a fan of their lemonade and soups here. The area is also a nice quite Plaza setting in the Tampa palms style
