Just read your response?? Does the fact that I am black threaten you? I have a video of you guys invading my personal space and shouting commands at me to sit down. Also you putting your hands and fingers very close to my face. When you invade someones personal space that is considered an assault. I and my wife were very surprised at your reaction over as you say $13.00. You say I hawked a lugie and spit on the floor. That is an absolute lie. The restaurant was empty. With what you try to pass of as Asian food, I can see why. Or, maybe it was as you say, because of my race, which you seemed to emphasize and appears important for you to mention me being black. Maybe you feel that mentioning my race will help you make you case. Even if you spout out falsehoods. The food was not all eaten and I asked you, if that is what you really felt, to at least give me a partial refund for the amount of substandard food which you falsely stated was missing. Maybe this type of sub standard food and service is reserved for Black people? You forgot to mention that the older gentleman whom you waited for to confront me was aggressive and trying to provoke an incident. The videos are proof. Additionally, the older Asian man followed us to our car and gave us the the finger. Was that needed? is this your idea of good customer service? Horrible Experience. My wife an I visited this restaurant. I am completely baffled by the Zagat rating. We walked in and the young man serving the food was completely short, curt and a bit dismissive when asked any questions at all. But we decided, why not just give it a try anyway. Within 2 minutes the food, which included some fried foods as well. Was prepared and ready to go. This shocked us both. How could anyone prepare food that fast? But since the bag was stapled shut when we received is and not wanting to cause a fuss, we decided to take the stapled brown paper bag and leave. We we got home to our dismay, the food looked as if it had been under the warmer all day. It was dried out and the rest of the food was completely tasteless. Although it was raining, I decided I must take this food back to this place. Upon arrival, the completely rude, dismissive and curt boy at the register began to explain how his family has been preparing food this way for many years. After about a minute into his rational I decided that enough was enough and explained I simply wanted my money back. But this guy continued to talk and talk. Realizing he was stalling for some reason. I asked my wife for her camera to record any event he was entertaining. Eventually a haggard looking older Asian came bursting through the front door. And after some bantering demanded that I sit down. I informed him that I did not want to sit down and sitting down should not be a requirement for him to refund my money. At this point the older haggard man approached me and completely invaded my personal space. I asked him to back out of my space, a request which he adamantly and threateningly refused. When he refused I informed him that I would back up, and asked that he not encroach into my personal space again. Eventually after about 10 more minutes the younger rude boy eventually refunded my money. When we decided to leave the older haggard man, got very close behind me and followed me out of the door. I asked my wife to record this as well, because I was not sure what his intentions were. He finally flipped me his middle finger, then went back into the restaurant, closed the door and rushed out again. Luckily we were already backing out of the driveway so he didnt have the opportunity to engage another assault. Please be careful if you visit this restaurant. The food is horrible and if you ask for you money back, you may be assaulted.

I am so glad I tried Aiya because it is certainly a new family favorite. The atmosphere is quiet and unhurried with soft music playing; perfect for a business lunch, a date, or simply a relaxing meal. I went during lunch time and while it was busy, it was not crowded and the service was prompt and thorough. Our waiter checked on us numerous times and ensured that we were enjoying everything that we ordered. The lunch menu averaged from $8-$11 and included the most delicious vegetable soup that was brought out before the meal, as well as a tasty spring roll. I had the wok tossed noodles with shrimp and it was fabulous! The portion was large enough, even for lunch, for me to take half of it home to enjoy later. Our waiter packaged up leftovers neatly in the kitchen for us and brought them back in a bag for us to carry home easily. I will be back often, and I will also be ordering from Aiya for home delivery!

I went here when it first opened and wasnt impressed, Im glad I gave them a second chance! Originally a full service restaurant, it is now fast casual and the prices are more reasonable than the original concept, this fixed everything I didnt care for the first time, good job! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, I couldnt ask for better. The restaurant was very neat and clean with a nice atmosphere. I went for lunch and the food was great and a great value. For a beef entree, soup, spring roll, brown rice, and a drink, it was right at $10, not bad. The portion size was larger than expected at lunch and I ate it all. The entree was well balanced flavor and ingredient wise with a good mixture of beef and vegetables. Bottom line is I will be back!

Easily the best Ive ever had. Im not one to write a review, but this place seriously blew me away. The egg drop soup was perfection, spring roll was hand rolled and full of flavor, the sesame chicken was obviously freshly made and not something theyve ordered pre-made, not to mention delicious, even their fried rice added an amazing element to the meal. They even have amazing house made duck sauce and hot mustard! (Their sweet tea is sweetened by honey, too! Which was wonderful and totally shocking!) Were from Oklahoma and will definitely be making the trip just to eat here. Dont pass this place up. Try it once, you wont regret it!

Came on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and quite it was. No wait, straight to a table, food is nice and fresh...ordered the sesame chicken and egg drop soup since they had ran out of sweet and sour. My only suggestion to management would be to tone down the table cleaner a bit....too strong for the guest while eating. Would use that one at night after everyone is gone and maybe a lighter version during business hours. Will probably get my food to go next time simply bc of my allergies. Not enough knock the rating down though...food was too good :-)

The service was good, quiet even though its close to busy street. We started our dinner with steamed dumplings with house sauce . Dumplings were fresh and sauce delicious! We had chicken fried rice and imperial dynasty which is mix of shrimp chicken and vegetables. Fried rice was tasty, imperial dynasty was was pretty good. The brown rice that came as side was a bit undercooked. The servers were polite and attentive . The portions were big, they packed leftovers for us in a doggie bag. Overall a pleasant dining experience !
