This has been a very big disappointment for me. I am a big fan of Chick-fil-A and was looking forward to this location opening up near my home. Service is just ok, and the wait is horrible. I use the mobile app for getting fast service at all the locations. Well, this is the slowest location by far! The crew is not very attentive to the customers either. You pretty much have to let them know you are there. I plan on giving them a third chance and I really hope they come through. If not, Ill just have to continue driving a bit further to one of the other two McKinney locations. Update: No offense, but the third time is not a charm! At least the food is still good. Guess Ill be going back to doing all my business at Hanks location at 121 & Custer. I will still come back in about a year, they still deserve another chance. Im sure they should have things worked out by then.

I love chick fil a and every location I go to always gives good to great customer service. But this particular location has disappointmented me when it comes to service. First they messed up a whole order after it being read back to me three times. Second, when I walked inside one time just to ask for a replacement on my drink since they messed my drink up another time, three different employees were standing around, looked at me and didnt even proceed to ask whether I had been helped. Plus the fact that an employer had told a customer he would be back to take an order, only to walk away and not return but instead get a milkshake and sit down. I was quite appalled by the lack of customer service at this location. Dont think Ill be back. I would rather make the drive to another location.

Love the food in this place. The quality is always high and the taste is always great for fast food. I do agree with the other reviews of how long it takes to get your food but its not the related to the employees of this location. The building itself was never designed to handle the traffic that it gets. Inside were the food comes from the kitchen is one small area that only two employees can get to at one time. Also the area looks even more designed for drive through then for the customers that come into the location. If the building was designed to have two separate prep areas, one for Drive Thru and the Other for Dine In, the wait times would drop.

Luis is a horrible customer service . They messed on my order . I called and spoke with a manager she told me that they would refund and replace my order so I go up there the next day to get my order I waited in line for 20mins just to pull up too the window and he tells me I cannot replace your order and since you dont have your receipt I can not refund your order. .! I let him know that I was told I could have it replaced and refund but instead of having a "satisfied customer "I left with nothing . Thats bad customer service. Will never go back

Well in my unprofessional opinion, why would you make the drive thru line 2 lanes bottle necking into 1. I think the opposite would have been more efficient, similar to What a burgers setup next to it. You go inside be prepared to wait a while if you order alot. They will serve smaller orders first and tell you its coming. I gave one star for the food, and the other because the staff is nice.

Really great Chick Fil-A. Its brand new. They set this parking lot up differently so that the drive thru doesnt go in front of the store. Smart. Now the cars in the drive thru dont block the door or the cars parked out front. The food was vey good. The employees fantastic. The tables were dirty but the bathroom was clean. Im going back.

Chick-fil-A always had a reporting of excellent customer service, however at this location they went above and beyond! My group was two moms and 4 kids under 5. Everyone throughout the store was super accommodating and helped with high chairs, garbage removal and refills. This will be my go to location from now on, even though there are 2 closer!

Service was excellent as always!! Disappointed in the 8 count nugget. I typically order the kid four count, but feeling extra hungry today. Regret spending the extra money for more. The nuggets appeared to have been prepared for a while, not crisp, and the chicken was dry. If I had not taken out, I would have returned to the counter.

Edited down to 1 star. I used app for curbside and after 10 min waiting had to go in. This location is run really bad. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Drive thru is ridiculous slow, no other chick fil a has issues like this location. The worst part is there is no way to get out of the line once when youre in it.

I was excited when they opened this location being that its so close to home. Unfortunately EVERY time I come through drive through after waiting 20 minutes or more something is either wrong or forgotten. Not to mention the sweet tea is sour and never sweet , I would rather drive off 121 for better .

As always the employees are very friendly and the store is clean. However, the drive thru is impossibly slow. Weve been 4+ times and never spend less than 15 minutes in the drive thru line. Im still hoping they work out their new store kinks. Until then, I plan to drive to the next closest one.

Slower than what it should be. Food took 10 minutes, was incomplete, and took minutes to get someones attention to resolve. Also I dont get why they must serve the drinks and refills. Again, just seems like an unnessesary hassle... The food is good, but fast food should be fast and easy.

Weve been to this location about four times I believe since theyve opened and literally every single time at least one item has not been in our bags. Chick-fil-A is usually the best about getting your order right but this one seems to be having a lot of trouble managing that.

I tried to go to this Chik-fil-a location on 1/17/2017 because Google Maps said that it was open. Bummer to find out its NOT OPEN YET! But still giving it 4 stars because its probably not the fault of this franchise and I still like Chik-fil-a.

We love Chick-fil-A. Tonight it was overlooked and too krispy. I ordered on the app and my husband went to pick up. They had never heard of me!! What happened to all my credit card info and the order?? He ended up paying cash and left.

Went in at lunchtime and they were extremely busy (I know your shocked to learn that!). Had special dietary needs and they took awesome care of my. Never make you feel rushed and deliver in a way that, I wish everyone would deliver.

I cant believe how slow this place is. Its literally been three to five minutes for each car at the window to get their order. Theres no way out of the drive-thru once you get in. Ive been stuck here for over 20 minutes. Unbelievable
