I ordered a pizza at 11:30p on a Friday. As of 12:51 it hasnt arrived and when I call the store theres a line for people who have already ordered but havent received. I was on hold for 24 minutes before someone answered and immediately hung up. This is not the first time Ive had issues either. They constantly forget drinks or sides, six months ago a driver changed a $5 tip to a $52 tip and when I called the manager the next morning to discuss the matter, she proceeded to yell and berate me and accuse me of trying to steal from Russian immigrants. I simply just wanted to be reimbursed for the incorrect tip. I have never been so consistently mistreated by a company ever in my life. I stopped ordering for almost 5 months before I decided to give it another try and I now see that this was a horrible decision. Worst pizza place ever. Such a shame that you care so little about your customers.

If you must order pizza please avoid ordering at Pizza Hut on Windhaven Parkway.Everyone please start ordering at another Pizza Hut! They are very rude and unprofessional, on the phone, I had never placed an order at Pizza Hut on Windhaven before now I see why. I encountered the first person that answered the phone couldnt speak English well, then he transfered my call to someone else. I only wanted to order a cheese pizza, nothing added they couldnt get that correct. The manager got on the phone and were very arrogant and talked very rudely. No one has to accept their unprofessionalism, and their poor attitudes, its very sad especially if this is a family owned pizza hut.. People go figure you need the customers, to help you stay in business, without the customers you guys will not make a profit. Food for thought learn how to treat people!

Ordered pizza around 12pm on a Monday and at 1:45pm still do not have pizza. Called at 1:30pm and were told that pizza was on the way and that you have to add 20 minutes to the estimated time of arrival from the website. Called back at 1:45pm and found out that our pizza was in fact not on the way. All 4 times that we called to order and check on the status we were put on hold for no less than 3 minutes only to have very poor customer service. No apologies or anything regarding how long the pizza has taken. Employee did not even seem to care when we informed him that we were unhappy with customer service and delivery time. I WILL NOT be ordering pizza from them again. Id advise that you dont either.

A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza but got a different pizza delivered to my place. I called and told them what happened and within 15 minutes the correct pizza arrives at my place, I got to keep the mistake order and Pizza Hut credited $10 to my account for my next order. Honestly, people make mistakes but this Pizza Hut location made it right and thats what sets them apart. The manager was super sweet and patient the whole time even though I was probably HANGRY on the phone.

Pizza was very good but the emloyees are rather dumb acting. They didnt even have any napkins. Eating a greasy pizza without napkins not fun. Its a shame these days that so many of the pizza places like Pizza Hut, Dominos and Little Ceasars have no dining space. Just pickup service. We were forced to eat a greasy pizza in our car with no napkins. I remember a time when you could actually go in, sit down and eat a pizza. Wow! I guess thats just too much to ask for now.

Always a great expierence when ordering from this location... not sure where the other reviews are coming from but this place is great! Im a firm believer in attitude is contagious so my be its just negative people being negative that puts the employees here in a bad mood.... they are always great and very courteous when we order!!! great job guys! keep up the good work!!!

DO NOT BUY A PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! THE DELIVERY DRIVER THEY GAVE ME COULDNT FIND WHERE MY LOCATION WAS AND I WORK ACROSS THE STREET FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEN WHEN I CALLED HIM TO ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON THE DELIVERY DRIVER KEPT HANGING UP ON ME SO I CALLED THE STORE MANAGER AND HE DIDNT EVEN OFFER ME A CREDIT I ASKED FOR MY $$ BACK TOTALLY POOR EXPERIENCE.....

Ordered Pizza for $24.36 and left $4 tip for delivery man. When the bill showed up it was $52.32. I would be glad to leave $28+ tip if I felt the service was special. When I called Pizza hut, person taking the call seemed annoyed. How can one trust the service or even the quality of food when they hire such staff?

The people here can be rude sometimes. But the pizzas are always right, or they make it right and make up for it. I only continued to order from here because it was right across the street from my work, which is great for the carry out prices, and would split the cost/pizza with co-workers.

I love the customer service here! The staff here is so consistent and you can tell they value their customers. My pizzas seem to always be made with love and my food always taste great! I recommend this particular location if youre in the far north dallas west plano or north area!

50min still no pizza, called the store and got some girl who could care less that our pizza was late. All I got was it will be there any min. We normally order from Dominos but thought we would try someplace new. Guess we will go back to dominos.

Horrible experience , waited forever and then the order was incorrect and had to wait another 30 minutes for the correct order. Would not recommend ordering from this location the pizza was made poorly, incorrect and took an incredibly long time.
