Went there 8/27/2017. They basically did nothing right. The food they gave me wasnt what I ordered. My bad for not looking myself, and trusting them when I asked. They didnt even give us our biscuits. This is KFC right? I called, and talked to the manager on duty, and she offered to give me the correct food upon my return. I called a second time, and no one would answer the phone. I tried 5-6 more times, and still no answer. What kind of business doesnt answer their phone?

I ordered the 20.00 special. ..I got home to Broadway. ..the chicken was 1 breast. ..1leg...2 thighs...and I cant describe honestly what the last 4 pieces were...it looked like broken pieces or ends of chicken...very disappointed. ..this has never happened to me...They should make it right...II didnt have enough chicken for my 2 grandchildren and me....:( Debra Sullivan Broadway, Ohio

Ordered a family chicken meal from the long John silvers side, I drove the 20 min home and they gave me all fish, which my family hates, and it even says chicken on the receipt. No one else was in line, no one was in the building, they werent busy. I dont understand how they can mess little things up like this. Its very frustrating when you pay $30 for dinner and you cant eat it.

This is a KFC/Long John Silvers hybrid store, and it is one of the best Ive been to. They seem to be very good at replacing the cooking oil, as both times Ive been here, the taste and quality of the fish have been very good. They also serve the KFC wedge fries, instead of those nasty LJS ones, so another plus! Cleanliness could be better in the dining area.

Was told 10 minute wait for food. Sat there for 25 minutes. When I asked what took so long I was told they had to wait for someone to get the food out of the fryer! If it takes 15 minutes to find someone to get the food out of the fryer, I dont think I will be coming to this restaurant anymore!!

1st. Of all it wasnt KFC. It was Long John Silvers. Service slow, 30 minute wait for hush puppies so, who wants to wait this long ? Also, not told this until after the order and paid. Sad to see the business run this bad. Next thing you know itll be out of bussiness.

Average run-of-the-mill KFC; nothing special about it, but theres nothing wrong with it either. This location is combined with a Long John Silvers, so there are several food options, which may be more convenient for a family or larger group.

Just love this place. Lois is a friendly lady that takes care of the dining room and takes your order. She is always friendly and upbeat whenever we come in. She just makes my day seeing her. Food is always good and fresh.

This location in marysville ohio has to be the slowest "fast" food restaurant I have ever been to each time we come the service is extremely slow and the food is below par I will never be back to this location again

Long wait for food after we placed the order. The oil tasted old. Chicken breast was smaller than it used to be and the mash potatoes with gravy only filled half the plastic dish despite paying nearly $3 for it.

Closing time is 930? Then dont close at 920! Pulled up to drive through and all the board lights where off. May not have been closed, then some one figured that turning those lights off means get out early.
