This has been 2nd time we have been here and both times were just awful! The service was terrible the wait time was over 20 minutes today just for 2 blizzards. I happen to see a employee put his finger in a blizzard after wiping around the rim. The assistant mgr watch him do it and didnt care. Where are the gloves???? I was almost hit twice in the parking lot from the drivers coming through the drive through. Worst parking lot ever!

I ordered a triple chocolate brownie. Ive had these before, but this one had about 1/3 the amount of ice cream I usually receive. I asked the clerk if this is how they usually come and she said yes, giving me a strange look like I was crazy. Paying almost $5 for less ice cream than I was supposed to receive is a deal breaker for me. This dairy queen has lost a customer.

Waited 10 minutes and only got food after I complained. Cashier didnt listen to the order. Only positive thing was the asst manager listened and comped the meal even though I didnt ask for it. Just wanted my food. While there four other customers had complaints.

Floors need cleaning because of a malt spilled on the floor.. Very noisy since all tables and chairs are almost on top of each other. Service slow. Need more workers to take care of every customer and not have to wait 10 minutes for food.

This DQ has great staff, fast service and table side food delivery. The food is well done, with good times, staff is friendly and courteous, and food is deliever to your table.

The tables were really dirty, all tables, and there was stuff all over the floors. You need to talk to the employees about cleaning while people come and go!
