If I could give zero stars I would - your order is NEVER right (always a sandwich missing at a minimum) so better check before leaving. Their phone number doesnt work and the ONE time I repetively dialed until I got someone they argued with me that the person I described in the drive through doesnt work there and therefore the order couldnt be wrong. Huh?? This last time is again, last straw - already home and was too tired to remember to check and so no food for my kid. It may be garbage food to begin with but I still paid for it. This must be how they are making up for low sales and the fact that you cant get a hold of the franchise owner much less a phone number that works is ridiculous. Short of driving back in there to confront face to face you are left out the money and no food. And we all know the only reason to wat quick fast and awful food is because you dont have time to do anything else in the first place :-(. Basically, this place STEALS from you. Its consistent stealing and you have no recourse.

The place is a disaster for as new of a location as it is. The front door is broken, ice maker in the dining room is broken, the water option was not working, the soda dispensed was hot, and not carbonated, tried several options, the lady did give me some soda by the drive-thru and it was better. The floor was filthy, soda station filthy, trash was over flowing, and the tables were all dirty. Actually about par for my overall impression of most of their stores but was hoping a newer one had a different strategy.

Guy at the window was an ass, rude to me and my brother , terrible food .I only went to Burger King so I could try those Mac and cheetos , but they were out. I understand them being out so I ordered some chicken fries instead. Dry , bland as hell, Mcdonalds has waaay better nuggets. After asking the guy to give me a minute to look at the menu, he rudely asked me 10 seconds later what I wanted. Handed me food and drinks without patience, or without looking at me. This Burger King is terrible, save your money

Very rude employees. Customer service was awful. And they had promotion signs up on the billboard out side and on their menu, when i ordered it they told me it was no longer offered. That the offer ended 4 days prior. They still had the promotion signs advertised so they should have honored it. I ask to speak to the manager and she completly ignored the girl at the register telling her i wanted to speak with her. So i walked out. Nevertheless i will drive down to the location on east Mckinney from now on.

Employees arguing, using fowl language. If my kids had been with me I would have lost my cool. Off duty worker talking horribly towards a much smaller girl, he said horrible things to her. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the guy that wasnt on the clock was behind the counter with sandals on and no hat/hairnet where food is prepared. Will never return here. People need to be fired

I usually am forgiving with fast food restaurants but I recommend avoiding this one. It has a disgusting smell inside and is unclean if you really look closely. Staff isnt professional and like to play around and food tastes off and is not up to par. Plenty of other places to go to nearby, dont leave a restaurant nauseous like I did!

Dirty floor, ketchup dispenser empty, trash cans overflowing and ketchup packets sticky. I asked cashier whats on a whopper jr. She told me ketchup and mayo. I said great thats what I wanted. It comes with only mustard. Big mistake coming here. I will go to Whataburger across the street next time.

They should just close this location. In the past few months we tried to go in on the separate occasions during business hours and the doors were locked. A couple of times the air conditioning was broken on hot days. Food is ok.

This is by far the worst fast food restraunt in the area. Constantly slow, mess up your order, and dirty. I always swear I will never go back to this location, and regret when I do. Today the broiler was down... again. Avoid!!!

Open at 6 my ass. Waited in their drive thru till 610 then just went to sonic. Same thing happens at night too. Site and door says open till midnight but if you go after 11pm you get bupkiss. Definitly AVOID.

The slowest fast food on the planet. I think they actually slaughter the cow at the time of order. Out of the three times I have been here twice has been a 15 minute wait - and it wasnt even busy!

BURGER KING IS FRIKEN AMAZING!!! Ive eaten over 40 of their chicken nuggets in one sitting! SO GOOD 10/10 would chomp...every single chicken nugget. So good... AND 100 FOR 10 DOLLARS!
