The charges add up fast, b/c you dont think about some things (like being charged for basic drinks like several bucks for a glass of iced tea) until the check comes out. Brother and I had dinner for two. I had the flatbread pizza appetizer thingy ($9). He had a create-your-own-pasta (like $15). Ok, thats like $25. Oh... but we both had iced tea ... add another $5 or so. Oh.. we also had 1 bowl of "never ending salad bowl"... another $10 or so (I guess... Im not sure.. Ive never seen pricing for this, but they sure love to ask if you want that, and youre at Olive Garden, so its not like youre gonna say no.) Dessert? Sure! $5 / ea... Ok... we could have done without dessert, and could have said no to the salad. But, all said and done.. $45 Really? For $45 we could have gone to another restaurant and had 2 steak dinners with rolls and side salads thrown in ... not cheap pasta and filler flatbread pizza. I always get talked into coming here, and every time I leave I wonder why I got talked into coming here. B/c my money is better spent elsewhere. Its not that the food is bad.. its just that the cost-to-what-you-get ratio is... bad. Like I said... I could have gotten a couple of steak dinners for $45. Add in tip... I paid $50+ .. for some pasta and flatbread pizza, some iced teas, a bowl of salad and a couple of desserts. ugh If $50 is the new cost of two people eating out, then I guess Ill stop eating out so much. What gets me is that the cost of two people eating out used to be about $30. Then the cost of living increased, so they bumped tip %s up to 20% to be the norm. Now the cost of eating out is about $50 for two people.. but they want to keep 20% as the norm for tipping.. so on a $50 bill they want a $10 tip in addition.. so its $60 to eat out! Thats ridiculous!

Ive been to this location about 8 times in the last 2 years. The food is always phenomenal. However, the service and appearance here is always horrible. I usually sit at the bar...It always takes 10 to 15 minutes before Im greeted or waited on. Usually someone takes my order then I am left to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for another person to remember that Im here to be waited on and served. The employees congregate out in front of customers and dont care what is overheard. They dont clean there tables well which is why I always sit at the bar. The only reason I come back is because my food is always perfect and this is the closest Olive Garden to my house. Its definitely not the servicem.

Weve tried, tried, and tried again but have gotten awful service every time at this location. Just because you have the kiosk at tables, does not mean you should ignore them. Likewise, you shouldnt greet your table as if youre greeting someone at a funeral. The food lately hasnt even been up to par, which is immensely disappointing. If youre looking for quality and Italian fare, visit Carrabbas instead. Food is always great and 9/10 the service is really great, especially if youre lucky enough to get the spunky bartender.

Rayne was our server. She delivered our salad whilst another server delivered our food. Her response "wow I did not expect that so fast." She didnt offer to take it back and wait a few minutes, she just shrugged sorry and walked off. 4 minutes into our meal she offered us dessert and Togo boxes. Approximately 5 minutes after that she brought our check. I had to ask for a drink refill. She was thoughtless and oblivious to the effect her actions had on our table. We wont be back.

Olive Garden in general has really stepped up their game in regard to service, but I had a really exceptional time there the other day. The waitress was knowledgeable about the wines and flexible when I wanted a special order. She left us to chat when she realized that we were taking forever to order, but she was very prompt overwise. The food has always been a little bland for my taste, but it was solid italiamerican comfort food and thats not bad!

The salad was huge the bread sticks were good. The waiter did refill drinks n check on us but couldnt understand a word I said because I have a country accent. Ordered lasagna, barely any on the plate. Get more food for same price at Italian Villa. Did like the thing at table where I could pay without someone taking my card though. You get tons of bread n salad n hardly anything else. Disappointed in real food portion size.

On feb 4th I called to see if it would be possible to get a reservation for 28 people. Well thats not even my whole family so usually I get laughed at but the manager was very nice about it and told me she could help me. Well when we all got there our table was ready and we had two waiters who did and excellent job!! All of our food was correct fresh and hot!! We will be going back for more family dinners

I have been to this location alot of times and I have observed that a server at this location will make or break your opinion about this restaurant. We have bad experience with few servers and few have made it all better even if there are some usual mishaps. Overall its a well managed place. Location is ok and view is just ok.

It is a pleasant and nice location, open space and a lot of room to dine including very clean. The food was good as well, except for my Shrimp, they barely added any of that spicy topping sauce leaving it fully without flavor, but I was still able to eat it. Not the best Olive Garden experience, but it was still worth it.

It really sucks when you have a one hour break from work, place an order an hour and thirty minutes ahead of time, and they dont have your food ready. They tried to say I never placed the order or that I placed it to the wrong one. Smh -_- so annoyed. They werent rude or anything, I guess its just an online issue.

I was there the couple weeks ago and the food was okay. There was nothing exceptional about it. Ive enjoyed better olive gardens. But the reason I am writing this review is because I did find what seemed to be an piece of plastic in my food!!!! I did complain the manager came over and they didnt even apologize.

I went today around 11 a.m. Our waitress was just so sweet and very customer oriented. She was very professional, genuinely. The food was okay, Ive had way better at Mambos for the same price. The ladies greeting us at the entrance were very pleasant. Id visit again if I could be guaranteed the same waitress

Very nice.. It didnt take very long for us to get seated, the waiter was very nice and few other people kept coming buy asking how our dinner was and if we needed anything. Food was great. Except the bread sticks they were a little dry.. But other then that it was a great evening.
