Just left here, and food was fresh and all employees besides Jason the store manager smiled and greeted my family and I. He asked what we wanted and then wrote it on the bottom of the plate and waited for another employee to serve it up and then started wiping down counters instead of helping other customers. He got in an argument with a customer over the amount of food. The customer wanted steak and was willing to pay the cost for it but received less than the serving of chicken he ordered and he asked Jason to even it out and they got into an argument over it . The whole place heard it and that was very unprofessional. The employees there were working harder and faster then he was. A few customers sat there waiting to be helped as he was directly in front of the customer mixing food and wiping the counter. Customer service is about helping the customer right away and greeting them in a friendly manner. I do not feel he is cut out for a store manager. He didnt ask a customer for here or to go and he started putting it in the Togo box and she said oh its for here and the look on his face was disgusting and he dumped it out then said oh do you mind it in this? How rude!! About 6 or 7 people were sitting around waiting for their food because he wasnt picking up the pace and helping his employees get them their food. As I sat and ate my meal I watched how they all worked and saw how they handled a rush and Jason seemed to just be in the way and slow everyone else down. During a rush is not the time to wipe the counter instead of helping guests waiting to be helped. Also he stood there mixing the food and didnt even acknowledge the guests in front of him. He was not customer service oriented. I didnt get the names of the 2 young men and young lady busting their butt to get the line down but I feel like they work hard and try harder. They deserve recognition.

Food was fine and expected quality for a Panda Express. My main concern at this location is the manager, Jason. I have noticed that whenever we go to this location and he is working, we get significantly less portion sizes than normal. Today, both me and the person before us asked for more food and raised our concern about the small portion sizes. Jason got into an argument with the people in front of us who were pointing out to him how two people in a row were complaining about the same thing. Then when it was my turn to pay, he had the audacity to scold me for complaining. He was saying to me that I shouldnt complain because it gets other customers complaining too. As you can imagine, that didnt sit well with me and I let him know that he has no right to scold me like Im doing something wrong. If I want to complain about something than I will. Its not my problem if other people have the same concerns. There are plenty of other choices in this area. Maybe we should look into those until this man is replaced by someone who is more customer service oriented and who doesnt scold customers like we are small children.

Food is good. But be be careful what you get and make sure youre not allergic to anything in it. Today was about my 4th time going to a Panda Express and i got my usual fried rice and black pepper chicken which ive never had a problem with but they had this new shrimp choice on the menu and i got that. About 10-15 minutes after eating i started breaking out in hives and had to go to the ER. This was my first time ever having allergic reaction to something i ate and all i can think of is there was some kind of seasoning or ingredient in the shrimp that did it. Like i said the food was good but i wont be going back to another Panda Express again to be safe because im not 100% sure what caused the reaction.

The food is always good here and most of the workers are good however, the manager Jason is terrible. If he is serving just go to another Panda Express. He always gives half the portions as the other servers and even gets into arguments, like he did with my wife, with customers. He goes on to tell my wife to stop complaining because it made the people infront complain, even though they had just complained about portion size a few mins earlier. This is how he is every time we come and try to avoid him serving us. If the manager is serving just go to another one.

They hire young kids w/ no interest in even working. Spent 5 minutes explaining the side I wanted was vegetables. 45 min. Before closing asked if I would mind to go!!! Really. Had to call the manager to find out where the salt was. Please, eat somewhere else.

I went here and it was so hot like the AC had gone out or something. The staff was probably equally as irritated as I was because they were not very friendly that day. Its hard to enjoy food in a hot environment. I probably wont go back to this location.

Great food at a convenient location. Friendly workers and accurate orders. Much improved from what it used to be. Prices a bit high but portions are generous. Easy to stop in and pickup dinner on my way home from work.

Very nice service! I got served by Eric Cervantes he did a really good job and made sure I got the best I could get when ordering my plate. Also the food is fresh and hot and very good.
