I went in on Monday and got the Big Kid Grilled Cheese and a bowl of chicken noodle soup to go. Unfortunately, less than halfway through eating my sandwich, I found a short black hair stuck in my cheese. Needless to say, that was the end of that meal. Ive always had great food and a great experience with this location, so I wanted to give them another chance. Accidents happen, right? Today, Wednesday, I went back in to get a refund, and I met with the GM, Dean. He was just the nicest guy and very apologetic for the mishap. He even took the pic I had of my food around to his staff so that they could see. He then offered to get my lunch today and also offered me a free lunch in the future. I absolutely love their chicken noodle soup and their greek salads, so Ill definitely be back in to use that free lunch! On another note, the staff at this location is all very friendly. Warm smiles, great service, and just a good atmosphere. Thanks to Dean for taking care of me! :)

Went here for the first time. Staff is really nice, but sandwiches and soups are expensive for the amount you get. Not very gourmet, I could make it better at home honestly. But it feels nice knowing theyre made with healthy ingredients, I guess thats where the premium comes from. Ordered a BLT, thinking they would grill the bread a little to prevent soggyness from the tomatoes and lettuce, but it wasnt. And as you see below, my grilled cheese sandwich to go was only grilled on one side so it got super soggy on the ungrilled side, so I put a napkin under it to absorb the moisture. Not impressed.

I always love the friendliness of the staff and the bottomless cup of java! I usually order a sprouted grain bagel which I ordered double toasted. I had to send it back for the second toasting which isnt unusual, but they were gracious about doing it. They have a lot going on this time of the day with large to go orders, phone ringing, and a short line, but they seem to be able to keep it together. Generally impressive work! I like to relax and read in a booth away from the energetic young folks. Its a big enuf place that you can find a corner.

The quality has dropped at this location. The cashier could not understand me and I could not understand the cashier, she had to repeat everything, this was very frustrating. The breakfast sandwich had very little flavor. I opened the bagel to look at the ingredients and the eggs were green in some parts. I paid almost ten dollars for one sandwich and coffee. I did not receive any value for the price paid. The floor assistant was efficient in cleaning tables. The last time I was here the manager was eating in plain view behind the counter!

As advt, food is fresh. Taste is good. Menu is expansive and options are great to choose from. Place is a little cramped to allow more seating but doesnt interfere. There order from table or from kiosk saves a lot of time and confusion and also allows for better customization of your order without confusing the server. I visit once a week for sure to ear. Tomato mozzerella flatbread, chinese citrus cashew salad and french onion soup - best combo for me. Also a delight to visit for lunch.

I ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup and when I received it, it looked less than full. I was told it was to ensure it didnt spill over. I asked for more broth because the guy at the to go counter said there was plenty of meat in it and there is SO MUCH MEAT I needed more broth. Now I have a meat mash, not soup. Disappointed that my request wasnt honored and when I got back to my office the spoon I was provided to eat with was dirty.

Stopped by Panera this morning. I usually enjoy a good breakfast sandwich of some sort. My normal stop is Einsteins Bagels the Bacon and Spinach sandwich is freakin delish! I will just say that the ham egg and cheese sandwich at Panera was overpriced at a mere $5.00. It was so small and non filling. No flavor and pretty pathetic. I was hoping for more and was left so underwhelmed that I will never done there again! Good luck Panera!

This place is a no brainer when you cant decide what you want to eat. Delicious foods, pastries, and many good healthy options and always clean. Its great for a quick bite or for the whole family. I also love meeting friends here to chat over a nice meal. Love their app too. You can order online to have it ready for pick up or order at your table.

Great food selection. I was pleasantly surprised at the vast menu selection, everything looked great. The food was fresh and tasty. The Cafe Latte was excellent. While I didnt try any, they have a great and interesting selection of iced tea flavor varieties. The service was prompt, accommodating and friendly. I will be going back again soon!

Almost everything here is delicious, and very healthy. The coolest thing is how you can order online from your table, or use the kiosks in the front so you can avoid the lines. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the seating is good (except at noon its hard to find a place to sit inside).

Ordered my food 2 hours ahead online. Go there on time, my food wasnt ready. Spoke to someone after 10 mins, was told the mgr would be right with me. They made my food after another 5-10mins. Mgr gave me my food and told me to have a good day. No apology. No explanation why my food wasnt ready.

Ordered a asiago roast beef sandwich. Came out w/ cheddar not asiago. Had to debate with worker and manager that an asiago roast beef shouldnt have cheddar. I also told the manager that I shouldnt have to argue to get what I want. i wont go back to this location. Service and manager suck!

I eat at Panera frequently, but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of this one. Went for breakfast and the bathroom was nasty and the carpet in the restaurant has an off putting smell. Hopefully it was just a bad day for this particular Panera, but Im not going back anytime soon.

There was a customer in front of me, having a looooong chat with the cashier. Sit to my shirt lunch break, didnt have time to wait for the cashier to take my order. So I decided to place an order on an elelectronic pad. To make the loooooong story short; I placed the wrong order!

Ive been to a few Panera Bread locations and Im not thrilled when I visit this location. The food presentation isnt great, and I wonder how its possible to receive a lesser portion than in other locations for the same menu item. Id select another restaurant nearby if possible.

This would be a 5 star if it wasnt for the lack of parking here during busy hours (same for the other stores in this strip) Food is very tasty & delicious. You have the ability to order from the table which is cool. Fast service even when busy. Will come back again.

The food was okay at best. The pasta was cold and when my family and I tried to find a set all the tables were dirty. If it was buys I would have understood for the dirty tables but there were only three or four other parties there. Id eat here again. 3.5 out of 5
