Pretty upset with this place me and my daughter were there for a girls day and we got horrible service the host and the waitress of that section argued about taking us as a table right in front of us and then got really rude I stayed thinking it might be better. After waiting 30 min we finally got some help from a different section she had the section on the other side of the restaurant but the first thing she said was sorry yall waited they didnt even tell me that I was taken yall blah blah just very unprofessional the girl whos section it was took the 3tables around us but didnt want to wait on us it really made us feel unwanted like a burden . We order drinks after waiting about 15 min we finally got an empty wine glass and she said sorry the tea is not made so I ordered my daughter a strawberry lemonade which she for got when she came back. And when she did come back with my daughters drink it was in a tall glass like a beer mug my daughter is 5 and needs a lid so after all this an hour finally ordered our food. Took for ever for our salads then our food followed shortly after and they for got my daughters food manager came over got our food right refilled out drinks and did say anything I asked for to go boxes and the check it said we played the games but we didnt cause we have all the games on our tablet but not wanting to wait I just left it on there. They were not busy and Im usually not one to write bad reviews cause Im a waitress my self for 8 years now so Im pretty laid back and understand but this from the beginning was unbelievable servers should never make the Customer feel this way or hear the employee s argue n front of customers and at least apologize for the service and the misunderstanding but we definitely will not be returning to this location atmosphere was horrible my hard earned money I make doing the same thing was wasted my daughter and I had a horrible lunch.

Last time here I believe I rated it five stars, this time it could have been four based on the overall experience by our party of eight. Some of us would have given five, some four, and some three. Im in the latter group, thus the three-star rating. First, the decor: the table arrangement around the room seemed odd, with some tables grouped together and other floor spaces empty. It seemed slapdash. The wall decorations and lighting need to be upgraded. All night I was facing a blinking light near the ceiling that became a constant distraction. Second, the food: most of our party ordered one of the steak specials. The menu entree offerings were surprising limited and made more so by the scallops being unavailable, at 6:30pm. Those who got the porterhouse offerings were very pleased, while those who ordered one of the ribeye offerings were not as pleased. I was in the latter group. My steak was too tough, with too much fat and gristle, as did the steak served to the person next to me—he left multiple pieces of the steak on his plate because he got tired of trying to cut around the gristle. The steaks were all prepared as ordered but the quality of the cuts wasnt as good as it should have been, especially considering the prices, $60-70. The side dishes were a mixed bag as well. The rolls were excellent. The cauliflower was very good. But the grilled Brussels sprouts were over-cooked. Our salads and desserts were good but not noteworthy. Our cappuccinos were not good. Third, the service: our servers were excellent but the kitchen was very slow. We had two points in the evening where the wait for our food was far too long.

First off, I never eat at Olive Garden because I NEVER have a good experience. I decided that I would give it a shot considering the person I was having lunch with likes the food, but quickly regretted my decision. We ordered our beverages first and since we had been there for a while and were on a time schedule, we went ahead and ordered our lunch. The salad came, but still no beverages. The beverages did finally come and when the waiter brought our food, he brought me the wrong order. I ordered the Chicken Margarita and he brought the Chicken Piccata. I know this because the Piccata has capers and I HATE capers. He took it away and gave it to the table next to us, which they were not happy about, only to replace it with ANOTHER chicken piccata and walked off. I flagged him down and told him that it was wrong. He came back with the first plate that has now been passed around two table only to tell me that my order was correct. I simply told him that I would have never ordered chicken picatta because I hate capers and showed him on the menu where he was wrong. He asked if he could get me anything else but by this time we only had about 15 min before we needed to go. He said the manager took the meal off the ticket, which he did, but the manager never came to the table at all. This experience just solidified my opinion of Olive Garden even further. Wont be back.

On my last visit to Olive Garden the service was less than good. It was 5 pm on a Sat night and I waited 25 min. for my Zupa Tuscano. I was told it was not done yet, that someone in the kitchen forgot to turn the heat on under the pots. Really on a Sat, at rush hour? Then my husbands chicken parm. was burned and my mushrooms were burned. I asked the waitress why she served us burned food and her answer was, she didnt notice it. We asked for the manager and it took her a good 5 - 7 mins. to come to our table. She acted totally annoyed that we were not satisfied. She had our meals refired and LEFT the burned food on our table. Another 20 mins. later we got our food, the chicken was still over done, but we were so starving by then that we ate it. The mgr, did comp my husbands meal, but the damage was already done. We never got our drinks refilled and our meal took almost 2 hours to receive and eat. This is not the first time we have gotten bad service at this location. We will continue to go to Olive Garden, but we will drive into Dallas to another location where the service is excellent and the quality of the food is consistent and meets the standards of the resturant. Servers and cooks should know better than to try to pass off burned food.

My wife and. I went here with our disfunctional family, and was very embarrassed to be part of the party of folks there, and will never go to a eating establishment with them ever again!,almost from the get go,they had the poor waitstaff confused on the orders, and one of the members in our party claimed to have a hair in his food, when the waiters brought out the entrees, some of them were claiming to have the wrong order!.it wasnt the waiters fault, but the folks that ordered were too ignorant to remember what they had ordered!,after all the.complaining, all the food was served at no charge,my wife and I felt that the service was great and,the food was great, and we fully intended on paying our bill, but was told by the management not to worry,I would like to thank you for your great food and service and will come again, without the extra company,I did tip the waiter for his hard work.
