The one star is for my waitress, who was very friendly and provided decent service. I wanted to leave from the moment I walked inside. Dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty everything. I only stayed because it was late and I was tired of driving. It took me a moment, but I decided to forge ahead and endure this hell. My first challenge was finding a table not covered in pieces of food and saliva from its previous occupant(s). I tried to pick the least disgusting one, like choosing a toilet in a public bathroom. After being seated and after waiting five minutes for someone to notice me, the waitress apologized and wiped off the table. It was another five before she had a menu in front of me. Not her fault, the place was understaffed. Meanwhile, the guys cooking the food were yelling back and forth in front of me. Something about a girl who they knew. I ordered and waited another twenty minutes, while learning a lot of unnecessary, intimate details about this girls life. My food finally came, thank God, and it was alright. Except then I set my arm down into something sticky. I ate quickly, trying not to contract any diseases, then paid and got out of there. At the end of the day, a restaurant that is understaffed, not taken care of, and staffed only with poorly trained customer service personnel, is the result of poor management. I would not recommend eating here; the management doesnt deserve your money.

Been going here for a few years now. Food is good, all they have to do is cook it. Not sanitary at all. When I cook sausage at home, I take it out of its package place the raw sausage in the pan and immediately wash my hands, because you can feel the fat grease on your hand. I believe MOST people do this. For some reason they dont mind grabbing all kinds of meat and then proceed to touch your plate, your toast, and worst of all the few raw potatoes they mark your plate with. They dont see this as an issue and if you remind them they get upset. How am I supposed to sit there And watch you do something I dont even do at home with meat....CROSS-CONTAMINATE. Its sad because that is their policy, to change gloves. But this location, despite, friendly reminders, will give you all kinds of nasty looks for the rest of your stay. No worries anymore tho, never going there again. But I do feel bad for all the customers who dont know that there toast or plate might have raw bacteria on them. If you dont believe this stop in one time and sit at the bar. The grill is there. Very unsafe #NASTY

We go frecuently to this waffle house, it is the closest we have around, the service is really nice and the food is always good, hot coffee, great waffles, good prices, u cant complaint about that at all, the drawbacks about it is its cleanliness, last three times we went there the floor was sticky and tables not cleaned, restrooms are way dirty.. It really needs a good scrub.. I know the people working there is always so busy, but come on.. Put one specifically to clean clean clean! Floors, tables, the fridge, restrooms, windows, walls, doors ect.. One time I saw 8 people working and none cleaning :( please give this waffle house a good scrub!

I have been to this location several times and never had an issue til 2 days ago. OMG! I took my 2 kids around noon for brunch. We got stuck with a trainee. We got seated quickly even though it was very busy. Order was taken quickly. Thats when the wheels fell off. We were brought our waffles with no drink, no silverware, no butter or syrup. next we got hash browns and bacon and no eggs...still nothing else given. I had enough got up talked to mgr. Apparently the waitress was brand new (Im thinking why was she left to work by herself) anyway he was a district mgr and was nice. Gave us a card for 3 free meals but we left hungry.

Me and my friend had went to Waffle House which always have a good experience which today was a very bad one which she brought us a small orange juice with a water and i order a coke and she never came back with my coke and never got my order for us to eat we sat there for 20 minutes got up to leave another waitress asked was everything okay if it wasnt she"ll take care of it while the other lady went on break to eat. We sat there and watched the other watress eat while we were waiting for her to come take our order.

What a dump. The floor and kitchen looked like they had just concluded a weekly food fight and nothing had ever been professionally cleaned. Their waffle was a thin flat joke. Their veggie omelet was not listed on the menu but they assured me they can make it. The thing is, they never told me they would put hot peppers in it! The omelette also tasted bad - like it had been deep fried. Their coffee was luke warm at best. The only bright side to this whole mess was that the staff was courteous and friendly.

Better Than We Thought Our 6 year old whines and wants to go waffle house so here we were on a Monday morning, 7am, no crowd. First time. Simple menu, straight forward. Not great not "terrible". Service was okay. Not expected it to be like in a high class restaurant, but it can be improved. No tables big enough for a group more than 4 (would be cramped for 4 adults). Six-year-old found it amusing to watch the waffles being made.

Of all the different Waffle House stores Ive been to, this one is my least favorite. Service is disorganized and slow. When crowded no host or hostess keeps a seating chart to seat customers who are waiting for a table or a seat at the bar. The workers there are talking and laughing amongst themselves, they dont seem the least concerned with Customer service. I got tired of waiting and left, Im not going back to that store.

I just left and refused to eat here because I watched a waitress takes silverware from a table that she thought was clean and put it back into the clean tub. Thats exactly how hepatitis C is spread and other diseases. You have to be very careful as a waitress that youre not spreading other peoples germs to your next table.... now she just contaminated the whole restaurants silverware !!!

Hardly ever answers their phone. I drive from 20 miles and placing an to go order makes more sense and saves time but the phone just rings and rings. On more than one occasion when I get to the location there is hardly anyone there. So I place my order and wait for it to get done when I could have done a call in and been quickly on my way to work on time. Irritating....SMH

We place a order for pick up, my son went to pick up the food...once we opened our food the waffle was hard, the eggs was running and the hashbrown was burnt to a crisp. Why serve someone that!!!. When I tried call no answer, it just rinnnnnnnnnng. I am completely and utterly feel disrespected also disgusted at the fact that they would even send that out the door.

My worst experience in life at Waffle House!!! Food was horrible, I didnt know eggs were crunchy!!! Service was ok. Tried to place a call in order, but the waitress said hold on and never came back to the phone. I walked in and about 3 employees were just standing around socializing with other patrons. I guess thats why no one could answer the phone.
