If this is the best pizza in Dallas, then I worry about the rest of the citys pizza. Okay, so for the good. Service was pretty solid. My cashier was nice and easy to talk to, and it didnt feel soulless like some corporate pizza chains. Also, I liked the crust. It was nice and crispy and wasnt soggy like some other pizza crusts Ive had in the past. Now for the bad/meh: everything else. The sauce was quite thin and barely noticeable. What little sauce there was also wasnt particularly great as it was overly sweet (if youve ever had a really good marinara sauce before, then it should have a good bit of umami, some sweetness, a robust blend of spices if so desired, and so on.) and I couldnt taste much else outside of the sweetness (which is a problem I have with a lot of the mainstream sauces like Prego; theyre just nothing but sugar). As for the cheese, it was there, I suppose. It wasnt particularly great quality cheese, but it wasnt exactly bad either. It served its purpose (which is a common theme at i Fratelli). Again, same story for the toppings. Bells peppers, mushrooms, onions, all average. Sausage and pepperoni? Youve had it before (and if you shop at upscale markets or Costco, youve had better). So yeah, a really forgettable pizza with a good crust. That alone would be enough to merit this store three stars, but thats not factoring in value. Menu price for a large pizza (I believe 16 inches) is $18.10, and I gotta say, I feel really ripped off. I mean, it was a decently large pizza, but its not exactly what I think of when I look at a large pizza, especially not an 18 dollar one. For comparison, I could go to one of those other big name pizza franchises and get a large 14 inch pizza for about half the price). And considering that the pizzas at i Fratelli arent round (theyre ellipses), youd probably get as much pizza, if not more pizza at a big chain to boot. Truth be told, I dont see myself going back to i Fratelli unless they offer a really good promotion like 40-50% off a large pizza or a BOGO.

Jackson was VERY insanely helpful! I called honestly, (with guilt...intended on sugar coating with a great tip!) minutes before close. (I also Apologized profusely) and he ensured it was no problem at all, & happily asked my address and what my order was. Props to a badass employee! I work in customer service and it is BEYOND difficult to be "okay" with a last minute request, and he made me feel like I called hours before close. For real, iFratelli - Keep him for the long haul!!

Very good pizza! Premium toppings, good product. We like the pizza better than Scallinis. We would not order the salads again though. This is a take out / delivery location only. There is no sit-down seating available.

Best pizza! Love the Carne Classico. Well worth the price, and drive. I drive from Allen to pick this up. Not piping hot by the time I got home, but still awesome!
