I never write reviews like ever I was so disappointed I had to write about this one. Okay so first the buffet line was always empty never anything up there except for the pizza no one likes such as BBQ pulled pork, Philly cheese, and the Fiesta/taco pizza. So since there wasnt any pizza I could try ordering my own right? Well I come to ask the man in "gray" the manager if I could and just straight up ignored me and continued like if I wasnt there. My friend also tried and failed. Also some of the drinks only had the carbonated water and no soda. When I went to the restroom I couldnt because it was out of order. There was a girl at the salad bar who wasnt doing anything but just staring at the salad and pizzas. Dessert was also pretty bad the cinnamon rolls were crunchy instead of fluffy texture it felt like I was eating cinnamon cookies, and the brownies didnt even have an even amount of powdered sugar it was all just piled in the middle not distributed evenly throughout all the brownies to me that just means theyre lazy and dont care. Then when I decided to leave this place has a "please dispose of your own trash" policy which Im okay with but how can I throw my trash away when both trash bins are completely full topped with crusts overflowing over the trash bins. Honestly I love cicis for its price, the variety of pizza and also to hang out with my big group of friends but come on this was just poor. If you really want cicis please go to the one at Lavon by firewheel that one is 5 times better than this one overall.

I wish there was a separate pizza vs. service rating because the pizza would get a 3 and the service a 0 - I averaged the two and came up with an overall 1 rating. The pizza is good only because it is a standard franchised recipe which only a one-armed monkey could mess up. The service is terrible - or should I say nonexistent - most times. Im usually a pick up customer, but in my history of coming here, I have never been greeted at the door, which I didnt even realize they did until I went to another Cicis. There are 2 separate lines for dine-in customers and take-out customers, but only the dine-in customers are ever acknowledged and helped. Unless you have the experience or foresight to know this, you may be standing in the take-out line for ages without being helped. My question is: why are there 2 lines when there is ever only one employee ringing people up? Ive expressed my opinion about the bad service to the manager on site several times and the response is always a blank stare and an "okay". I finally got the hint and stopped going to this Cicis. If you really want good pizza and service to match, I suggest going to the Cicis on Campbell and Nantucket.

If you want cicis go anywhere else but here . honestly the floors have so much spills left unmopped that it looks like an adult studio after a golden shower shoot with 30 German bodybuilders. But hey I go for pizza not atmosphere you might say. Ok fair point youre choices are fajita or Philly pizza. And??? Well thats it . They are always empty its like 1930s USA up there like my god. They dont have parmesan cheese or chilli flakes to give your buds of taste a kick. Well cant I just order my pizza for a table to avoid this? I dont know let me ask the non existing employees at your convenience. Even that fat lard in the gray shirt the call a manager wont help you he sees an empty line with people waiting and just walks away like its not his problem. If you want salad then good for because the cashiers constantly "inspect" the salad every 12 seconds like a bee just pretending to work. Also your #1drink at this place is the seltzer water. Seriously dont go here, if your a cheap person on gas and not want to drive to lavon then you will fit right in. No brownies. No one will come get your plates off the table. Its just a no. And its always like this fast or slow.

Awful! I arrived at 12:30 on a Friday & there was no one at the register. Someone Finally came out & I got the buffet w a drink. There wasnt much pizza out. It was all thin crust, hardly any garlic bread & no dessert. They had names above the pizza that wasnt the pizza under it at all. When I mentioned that, their solution was to take the names down rather than put the actual pizzas under them. The so called meat eaters had 2 meats & not much of that on them. When they finally brought some garlic bread out, it wasnt even fully cooked. It was basically raw. Nasty! They only had three (3) employees on a Fri., at lunch time! One employee had really greasy, disheveled dirty hair. Probably a violation of the codes.

Muy mal servicio fui a cenar antes de las 9 cuando supuestamente cierran a las 11 ya estaban limpiando y apagando las luces y las cajeras todo el tiempo estan de mal humor no se porque trabajan ahi si no les gusta MUY MAL SERVICIO DEFINITIVAMENTE NO LO RECOMIENDO

The pizza buffet line is empty 80% of the time. When there is pizza on the line there are no plates. Silverware? Available most of the time but dont be surprised if you dont find any, same thing for ice. The carpet and bathrooms are filthy. And this isnt even during peak hours. Oh and because the buffet line is empty they dont take any special requests. The buzzboy walks around with a large trashcan on wheels and black tub to put the dishes in. The pizza is pretty tasty though.

... was definitely not the best one Ive been to. As a matter of fact, the staff was far from helpful. Rather, they were obtuse and somewhat standoffish and the atmosphere felt (and smelled) like a middle school public school cafeteria. The food was below Cicis usual standard of excellence (though I wouldnt go so far as to call it bad. Overall, Id much rather go to another location on my next visit to this nice pizza buffet chain.

By far the worst Cicis Ive ever been to. Friend of mine requested a pizza they didnt have, made it wrong and when he said something they acted like it was his fault. And the only Cicis Ive been to that didnt have staff bus tables but expected the customer to do it for them. And from the look of the other reviews, Im not alone in my bad experience. I too would advise other people to spend your money elsewhere.

Que mal servicio y las mal communication entre los trabajadores. ordene unas hot wings. duraron 30min. para traerlas a la mesa.y eso no es todo no había pizza por favor de solucionar este problema.

It was horrible. The pizza was not fresh. Bad selection, by that i mean no beef. They cut up 2 slices of pizza and serve it as a personal pizza and it was not very clean and the staff was a bit rude. I was there with my husband and 3 kids and we will NOT be returning.(i only picked one star beacuse i couldnt post without choosing atleast one!)
