My order was not even half correct of what I ordered. I waited a long time sitting there, and If I dont ask for my order 30 - 35 minutes later no one would have told me it was ready, ended up waiting near 45 - 50 minutes total. The order was to go, I ordered 2 extra toasts and when the order was supposedly ready the toasts were not even there (Good grace I noticed!!) - and they werent even planning on making it so I had to ask for it once again I had to wait extra time for it. The coffee I order to go, instead of coffee they gave me a sweet tea, which I didnt notice until I was already at home, and I had already put the milk in it. So they messed up my order in so many levels. Also the waiter didnt clean the table I was sitting on, she would just pass by, so I had to ask her to clean it, and it wasnt even entirely clean. I like the food though, but couldnt enjoy the coffee because it was a sweet tea with cream in it. In a previous occasion, I visited this location and ask if there was WIFI available, and there was not. So that time I left when they said they didnt have WIFI (I needed it). So please get WIFI, how hard is it for you? My recommendation would be, train employees better. Make sure the waiters clean the tables (or remove the plates from the table when people have finished eating), Make sure the orders are served the way the are actually ordered, notify customer when the order is ready!!. I understand this might of been just an employee and not represent the entire restaurant, but should have procedure in place to make sure customers are satisfied when there are any type of confusion or mistakes. Also give options for mistakes to be corrected if the order was not done properly. And get freaking WIFI, I mean now days every business should have it specially places where you sit at to eat.

Wow! My second review! They gave really bad customer service! Why isnt corporate training these workers...??? They are very rude....if you dont have customers then waffle house wouldnt exist and their employees wouldnt have a job!!!! Train them or fire them!!!! I will no longer recommend or go to a waffle house due to the experience Ive had here at this location!!!!!!! How is an employee going to try to argue with me then get the cook involved and they are both talking to me rude!?? I will report to corporate!!!! This was around 12:50 ish a.m on 8/21/16......2nd review!!!! Walked in around 3ish....the tables and menu are sticky...smh then I notice all the workers are looking lost and irritated. There was about 4 females...I notice one of them grabbed a glove and put it on but didnt grab another one for the other hand..she then grabbed some bacon with the hand that had no glove and puts it on the stove.thats just gross...I dont know if this employee wash her hands or not and then she touches the bread with the same hand she didnt wear a glove with and still gos and serves my drink with that dirty hand. This is unacceptable. Thankfully the order she did wasnt mine...then a guy from the back came in to help but he did put both gloves on and took over....smh pls teach your employees how to be more sanitary. I wouldnt have even ate there after seeing that but since my husband convinced me to I did...smh

This was my first time ever eating at wadfle house, me and my boyfriend. Im not sure what we oddered was called but we had waffles eggs toast sausage n stuff. We went on june 24th around 11:30 ish. The employees were very friendly n greeted me while they were smoking a cigarett outside and then they came in to serve us. No no one washed their hands. This short white lady with blonde hair seated us at the bar because it was a togo order. She took the order and said ok whos going to cook this? All the employees were sittin down and eatin havin a good time discussing life. A big black man got up without washing his hands to cook our food. He pulled out a pan from under the stove that had burnt egg n left over egg from the last meal he cooked he did not clean it off he proceeded to put it on the fire n cook our eggs. The lady that took our order did not wash her hands while cookin our waffles and placingbit in the dirty container that had sittin out n other food they were cookin had fallen in to it because it wasnt apart of my meal. The man proceeded to touch our food with out washing his hands. On our way out the chair that i was sittin in i found myself stuck to n a bit stcky but i managed to get up. I tjought nothing of it until i came home and saw redbpaint all over my clothes. THIS IS THE WORSE EXPIRIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD A A RESTURANT. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AND THEY RUINED IT!!!!

I was having to stay at the hotel next door, so I galled to place an order, was asked to hold and then for 5 minutes I listed to the staff cut up and count a drawer before I hung up. This is rude and unprofessional that not one person could take my order. So its been a few days later and decided to give the Waffle House a second chance, this time I was told I could place an order, but when I tried I was told they didnt take hamburgers and stuff over the phone, then was hung up on. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is that when I complained to corporate, within a short time the head manager called me asking what had happened, which I was able to tell him and at what time it happened. He gave us a 15.00 gift card to use at anytime, apologized and was working to find out who had done this and to straighten things out. For Johns fast approach to fixing the situation I am giving them 3 stars

This is hands down the worst Waffle House Ive ever been to. We went about 845 on Friday night. It was not busy. The floor was dirty. Almost all the tables were dirty. The music was so loud we almost had to yell to talk over it. The choice of music was not appropriate. The girl couldnt even remember that a pecan waffle was ordered and not a plain one. She wanted to know if I wanted cheese when what I ordered comes with cheese. The hash browns were burnt. The 2 employees, to put it simply, were, lazy. If it hadnt been for a manager showing up, they likely wouldve let the entire place stay filthy until the next shift showed up. I felt bad for her b/c she truly walked into a disaster. My husband was so dissatisfied he gripped at me for leaving only a $0.70 cent tip. He wanted to leave zero. Dont go to this location.

The worst Waffle House I have been to. Three black guys that work there. All on their cell phones at once, and none of them paying attention to us when we are sitting directly in front of them. While they take our orders they are on the phone. The card machine denied my card with an error message 10 times but when I went to the gas station across the street no problem at all. Its ridiculous how terrible this one was. If I could give it a zero star I would. Had to run around trying to find cash when their machine wouldnt take my card. Never going back, and it was slow as hell so crappy service shouldnt of been an issue.
