This place use to be great when it was open, Food was really the best with quality and services. Now lately their food and service is getting worse . Their service is bad specially during the weekends, wont clean used tables immediately, dusty floor and never turn-up to your table. Food Quality has gone down drastically nowadays (seems now they achieve their target of setting up the restaurant). Huge selection of items in lunch buffet , but you cant eat everything, they trick with lots of soda so that you end up eating nothing and come out with bad stomach. Dine-in food taste too bad lately, Chicken mughlai doesnt taste like its name, but rather some sort of simple gravy with few chicken peaces and egg in it. Their full chicken tandoori is not a full chicken rather a few legs and thigh peaces. Briyani is also getting worst. No value for the money spent their for Dine-in.

Its really a very bad experience i ever had before in any restaurant . i been 4times to Bawarchi biriyani point in kirckwood Hwy i have struggle every time with the same problem .....the guy who is on the front desk looks around 40yrs old was fully durken every time i think when ever i visit bawarchi i get a bad smell for him ....and its not the way too treat the customers ...when your unable to provide the good service please stop Biriyani point dont spoil the Franchise name instead of one person . My advise is Please stop going to Bawarchi the guy at the front Desk is fully druken who knows what could be happened at back .

Went for dinner food was nice ambience is good. Was not sure and a bit doubtful about the taste as earlier tried veg dum biryani for takeout and it was kind of bland. But thought to go and try dine in. Tried schezwan veg fried rice which was good and flavourfull and perfect spices. Also tried paneer tikka masala which was also tasty. Overall it was good experience. Just one thing there were fruit flies which need treatment asap. Hope management take care of it.

In my opinion, the food in this restaurant is a notch better than most of the other Indian restaurants in Newark DE. I can say that being a foodie and an Indian myself. I have been there two times and the food was good both the times. The thalis available for lunch are a must have. The best part is that they provide unlimited refills. I felt the price is reasonable too. The seating is good, but not something to remember by. Be sure to try this place out guys!!

Worst experience ever. The service was the worst ive ever had. I used to be an employee here when it first opened and i remember that we were very customer oriented and approached every customer with a friendly smile. Now its like the server doesnt even care about you. The food i had was a masala dosa and i could notice how much care they put into it as the cutneys were all over the place. Theres more to say but no time.

The first time I had a biryani, my stomach got upset. I was like OK, may be because of some other reason. Again, I tried the biryani yesterday same thing happened - Stomach upset and diarrhea. So, it is definitely something to do with the Masala they are using or not cleaning the dishes properly. So, I dont want to go through the same pain again and will simply avoid it. I wont recommend it either...

The food is really good and so is the service and the staff, but I would be more happy if you served papads, because in nearly all the Indian restaurants they serve papads with the food. Dont mind, but this is the first restaurant that I have eaten at in which they dont serve papads. That is the only part which I dont like about this restaurant, but overall this restaurant is perfect.

Food is good and reasonable and you wont be dissapointed.Service needs some improvement.First visit :asked for details on their menu,and staff coudnt answer.Second visit: Ordered Naan and got it almost after I finished my meal.Third visit : ordered for egg exec lunch but was served veg exec.Had to ask the server to have it changed.Again,service needs improvement but

The food is great and very authentic. Highly recommend this place! I tried a couple of different Biryanis, Paneer Makani, Naan, and Gobi Manchurian--everything was delicious and very flavorful. The service was very accommodating and friendly. I look forward to my next trip to DE so I can make a stop at Bawarchi!

Excellent! I came here for a family members birthday and I was able to try several different dishes including the Chicken and Veg Biryanis, Butter Chicken, and Gobi Manchurian--everything was delicious. The service was quick and efficient and the staff was friendly. I definitely will be visiting again!

Bawarchi biryani is an awesome choice for great indian food! Umpteen number of choices in the menu. The taste truly is authentic with the biryani and dosas being our favourites. The place is clean, service spot on, great food - a place we would definitely like to come back to! Highly recommend!!

The first place in Delaware which serves Indo Chinese food like noodles and Schezwan Fried Rice. The taste was awesome. My wife had Rava Dosa and that was out of the world. My parents were visiting from India and they said that theBiryani was better than India too. Must visit

Ordered on grub hub and was anticipating a good meal. However received a call an hour after ordering. Food was ready but they refused to deliver it. Pretty disappointing. Cannot understand why they made it and took so long to let me know they wouldnt be bringing it.

Arranged a birthday party at the restaurant. Everyone loved the food and ALL the food items were equally super awesome!!! The restaurant manager and his staffs were very responsive and the service was great.

Food is really spicy and great remind me so much of Hyderabad. This is the first Bawarwachi which taste like Hyderabadi food Specially biryani regardless.
