Have been going to this Jack in the Box location for at least 20 years. The food and the experience pretty much depend on the time of day and the crew on duty. Because of its physical location and its awkward layout, this is a very difficult Jack in the Box for any crew. Have been trying for years to get through to the owners and to Jack In The Box corporate to offer some suggestions on what really needs to be done for the layout at this location. With some changes to the layout, it could be turned into a flagship location and much easier for any crew to run. I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast food establishments. Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between different locations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board. Consistency over a long period of time is very difficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover. It is critical to have really good managers on site. If I owned a franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams were properly rewarded for their outstanding performance. Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast food business.

People are always so rude!! Food is always cold and wrong or missing! They dont ever answer the phone so you can tell them they didnt give you your food. Its also pretty sad when youre 3 year old says this is disgusting and wont eat it! This place has gone down hill in the past few years.

Place was very clean and the crew that was there was very up to beat so positive everybody was smiling excellent customer service food was delicious fresh and hot thank you guys and gals for all your effort it shows I will definitely be back and also recommend my friends and family

It wouldnt so aggravating if the burger I ordered came with bacon & I asked them to cut it....but it doesnt! it doesnt come with bacon on it, they ask if you WANT it, I DONT. I get it ANYWAY. Why bother asking!? Just say enjoy pulling the bacon out of your sauce.

After waiting on what seemed to be one person working in thw whole place. I finally get my bacon cheeseburger and there is literally one piece of bacon on it. Pull around to bring it back in and low and behold the entire crew is outside smoking. Step it up guys!

Never write reviews, but this jack in the box forced me too. First off they left off half my order, although they didnt charge me for it. The half of the order I did receive (cheeseburgers) had no cheese! Never again!

My family and I really like Jack In the Box. We stopped at this one to get some food and had to wait almost 15 minutes before we finally got our order and when we did receive it half of the order was cold. :(

I just sat in this drive thru for 14 minutes. The longest Ive ever sat in any Jack in the Box drive thru. And my order was STILL WRONG! Im very irritated.
