Probably the worst fast food service I have ever seen in my life. After buying my food I literally paused a few seconds just to think about how how it is possible that the manager has not fired these employees. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and was met by an aggressive and cold voice that quckly muttered, " Welcome to Jack in the Box, WHAT DO YOU WANT?" After I said my order the lady just quickly said "That will be $10.20, pull over." As much as I am annoyed by the employees that ask you "Will that be all?" or "Do you want an apple pie with that?", I have never realized that subconsciously it just makes me feel better when ordering. Throughout my entire interaction with these Jack in the Box employees I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I pulled over to the window and was met my a glaring and scowling lady who didnt even make eye contact. I said "Hi," but she just stuck out her hand for the credit card without even saying anything or looking at me. I was like "Wtf" in my mind, but I just gave her my card. She swiped it, and almost immediately gave me my meal. I was at least happy that my I got my meal so quickly, but the lady did not say a single thing in her interaction with me. She just handed me my meal and drink and walked away to the back of the kitchen for whatever reason. I looked in my bag and realized she did not give me a straw. I looked through the window and I could hear loud talking from the back of the kitchen. In my mind I was like "Is this place for real?" and I tapped on the window since apparently these employees are paid to be antisocial and hostile. Some other lady that was taking orders inside hear me and I yelled to her that I didnt receive a straw. She looked at me with an upset look, sarcastically nodded her head, grabbed a straw, slowly walked to me, and guess what? She didnt say a single word. I did not have any verbal communication with a single employee except when ordering. I dont know why, but the terrible service put me in a grumpy mood as I left. I was really hungry, and when I got home I immediately opened my burger. The burger fell apart due to rushed and sloppy making of the burger. No wonder they gave me my meal so quickly. I am never going back to this Jack in the Box. I am literally so annoyed with this Jack in the Box that I am writing this review at midnight instead of working on an essay. I have been to fast food restaurants in poor and dirty slums in Venezuela that have had better service than this Jack in the Box.

BAD, BAD, BAD!!!!! Dumbo that I am, I eat here every day for lunch, and EVERY day they mess up my order. I always get 4 regular tacos, and they ask me if I want hot sauce, and I say yes, and they give me 3 taco sauce packs for 4 tacos...WHAT??? REALLY??? The other day I ordered a med. root beer, and they give me Dr. Pepper. Today, instead of a med. root beer, they give me clear soda with NO syrup and NO flavor. You have got to be kidding me. I have mistakenly eaten here every day (mon. thru fri.) for 6 months. Damn Fool I am to keep going back. You keep doing what youre doing and youll keep getting what you got. No more...Im done!!!!!!!!

I have been exposed to this JITB for 2 yrs now (close to my work). The food is always good, they get an A+. The service...is the equivalent of getting a poke in the eye. 9.5 out of 10 times you drive thru, there will be something wrong with your order. This store is just moments away from putting up a sign that reads "order in spanish only". You may order what you want, but you get what they feel like giving you. Best advice: Either go somewhere else or drive up, give them $10.00 and say "suprise me".

Terrible service. Took forever, made me pull to the front. When I recieved my order didnt give me the correct sauce I asked for. I did not even get me two drinks that I paid for and I had already left. Also, I did not receive my reciept either when he gave me my card back. So many people working, yet they still take forever. I also called to confront them I didnt get my drinks and they couldnt even pick up the phone.

More than once had I given this place a chance but Im fed up, last time I order 2 burgers once I got home I saw it only had the meat and cheese, another time I order onion rings and only received 3 literally, and another time I had ordered 3 burger meals and only received 2 when I asked them about it they answered extremely rude

I do like Jack In the Box food, but not when it comes with terrible service. Please have someone at the drive thru who understands English completely. Lessons in manners wouldnt help either. I will not return if I am treated rudely. This particular drive through could learn much from how to treat customers from Chik-Fa-La.

This Jack in the Box is one of the worst in the franchise, and everything the review by Cristy above is correct about the service. In addition, the food is never right, it is always put together sloppy and 1000% greasier than normal. I dont know if Cristy was just trying to be nice but it is a far cry from A+

My daughter bought a kids meal and there was a little ant friend in the bag of fries she almost ate. They were not giving anyone their reciepts to call Jack to let him know. This will be my last visit at this location. People working here are not friendly either.

Go there often, decent service on normal hours but terrible service after 11pm, the place is meant to be open until 12! Yet they close at 11 and give you nasty stares when you walk by the drive through. Its their fault! Smh

I would not recommend anyone come here. The service is terrible and the manager is rude and you can barely understand half of what they say. The food was cold and the cheese had mold on it. Overall dont eat here!

I dont eat fast food often, but no complaints with this location. Food tasted as it should, facility was clean, and service was extremely good. In fact, much faster than I remember Jack in the Box being.
