I frequent Chicken Express from time to time because I love it. However this time was different. I order my usual #2 7 piece express tender meal. I typically I typically replace the drink with a side and get two other sides to share this all with my son. This time I added a few cookies. Typical I have a few boxes. This time it was one. At first I was reluctant at the drive thru and mentioned my surprise and the man being able to fit everything in there. I open the top in front of him and I saw all the sides at the top and went over everything I order and he stated it was all there. I felt assured enough to not dig out everything in my new car in front of him. We then drove home and open it up. There I found all my sides as usual but only three chicken tenders what a bust. Usually we get a few more then asked or the exact amount but not less than ordered. I then called the number on you website. There was no response after three phone calls. so I left this post. Be aware of getting shorted on your meal at the 1709 / Keller drive thru. This happened once before and just thought I didnt have a way to complain. Till I search a little deeper. This order was made on 02/25/16 at about 7:00 pm. Post written at 7:30pm.

We were suppose to receive two side items and received 2 containers of gravy instead of potatoes and gravy. We asked for rolls and received biscuits.When I contacted chicken express and spoke with Hosea, he said we were out of rolls and potatoes. I advised him he should have told us he was not able to complete the order so we could have made the decision to cancel the order or substitute. He was rude and very unconcerned. The food was cold and without taste. I am looking forward to the new Raising Kane location.

Food was fine, but got attitude from a cashier when I asked for sauce after getting my food. I havent been charged for sauce at any other chicken express but she told me to remember to order it next time, after she gave me the sauce because she was too lazy to run another card transaction. Drive elsewhere for your chicken express

Pretty good chicken shack. They actually sell chicken tenders, chicken pieces, chicken gizzards, liver, etc. The whole shebang! Regular selection of sides and whatnots. I personally prefer some of the other chicken places based on flavoring of the batter but its certainly worth a try.

I stopped going there. It seems that when they started to fry fish, the chicken started to taste like the fish. It was good prior to the fish menu. Not again. Back to wherever fish is not fried. Kentucky maybe.
