If you want real authentic Mexican food, there is no other place in all of Virginia to get it other than here!! I swore they had to have hired my mother to work in the kitchen! The tastes and "feel" are that authentic it took me back to when I was a kid in south Texas and ate my families food. I cannot say enough about this place, Virginia finally has something that makes me feel at home. I can tolerate this state a bit longer having food at this place. Any true Mexican must try there menudo. Only then will you believe me.

We initially were lured in by the other reviews but we have learned today that some things you have to experience yourself. The food at this place was hot... and thats the only nice thing i can say about it.. the flavor was bland, the burrito was greasy and all together, the quality was poor... next visit to Virginia Beach you can bet well skip this particular place!!

Coming from Deep South Texas on the Border of Mexico this is truly Authentic Mexican Food. They have Great Staff and theyre Very Friendly. Theyre menu feature alot of classic Mexican dishes such as Nopales and Picadillo de res. Highly recommended this restaurant to anyone looking for an Authentic Mexican restaurant experience.

Loved this place so much. Came with my family and were worried about not being able to find a good home cooked meal. But this place was amazing . They cook so good ! They are so sweet they were very polite and courteous with us! I would definitely recommend to pass by ! First time coming by on our vacation! Loved it!

The best Mexican restaurant in Virginia! Im from the west coast and missed the taste of real, authentic tacos. I found this place by accident and tried it out, I was glad I did because I had given up on finding real authentic mexican food in Virginia until I tried Los Cuetes. Great family owned business.

Came here on recommendation and i liked the food and drinks out there, this place offers some authentic Mexican food. Just to let u know its not a typical restaurant. U have to seat ur self and servers are like ur friends u cant make a difference between guest and ur server.

Great place! This is exactly the place your looking for when you think authentic Mexican food. Do yourself a favor and get the mixed entree meal. Two tacos, enchiladas, tamales and a gordita, perfectly prepared. Will definitely be coming back.

Legit Mexican tacos are hard to come by this place delivers. I started with guacamole that was spiced right. I also ordered 2 al pastor and 2 chorizo tacos. They were both great and the al pastor is my new favorite in Hampton Roads.

Great specials all the time. Also cheap piñatas which work great is you fill with small alcohol bottles for adult birthday parties. Fried tilapia was amazing. I miss this place.
