Ive been to this location twice. Twice I had an unpleasant experience. Do you think there will be a third? if you say yes, you are more positive than I am because the answer is no. I let it go the first time but second time is the last. I always get Mongolian beef at PeiWei, its my favorite. First time, I ordered a regular bowl. Im well aware that it is of smaller portion than the large. What I could not wrap my head around was there was only 3 pieces of beef in there, no mushroom and few scallions but I had a bunch of rice. Does regular bowl mean Im on a diet? because this girl doesnt do diets. Second time, they gave me kung pao beef instead of Mongolian beef. My mistake of not checking but it was one order, how can you mess up ONE order? I got half way back to work and something told me to check it. I looked and turned back around to get my right order. I walked in mad as hell. The guy realized what he had done and snatched the bag from me then handed me the correct order. No apology for causing me inconvenience. He moved along. Ok? great customer service, NOT. I emailed corporate. Been two days, nothing. Well, I guess your chain is only as good as corporate, customer service does NOT exist here. Ill take lunch somewhere else next time. Money is NOT well spent here

The food is good but the service sucks. The past few times we went in, service has been poor, but the last time was the final straw. The open light was on, so we went in and there was no one to be found. After a couple minutes, an employee came out of the back and upon seeing us, turned right back around and disappeared. She didnt even bother to say if they had closed or not.

Called in order. Waited 20 mins they finally started on my order. Meal was comped. So were cool. However I asked for no peanuts I got home and there was peanuts in my meal. If I had a peanut allergy I wouldve ended in the hospital. Thankfully I dont. They suck. Just not as bad as they could suck or do they?

This our first time at this Pei Wei location. The tables are dirty and I found a ladybug in my food. The cashier seemed like she was in another world. The lead chef was kind enough to come and apologize and give me a $10 gift card towards our next purchase. I will not be dining at this location again.

Food was excellent, but prices were too high. $15 per person for a small rice bowl is ridiculous. They charge an extra dollar for fried rice and extra for beef. Total ripoff. What Asian restaurant charges extra for fried rice? To many extra add-ons. At least the fortune cookie was free.

My first experience and my last. I ordered the mongolian steak and the teriyaki chicken. Both were lacking in flavor, but the worst part was the rice. It was not completely cooked and the taste was not good. The egg rolls were not too good either.

Pretty good good prices good menu location over here in Coppell off of 635 was not maybe quite as good as the location over in Southlake I think they do a better job on their challeng methods on their shrimp and proteins overall though good food

I love the manager! He is always friendly and in the thick of it helping his staff accommodate the huge lunch rush! Although the lines are long, they move fast. When Im in a rush, I order online and my carryout is ALWAYS ready as promised.

The food here is generic and bastardized versions of "Asian" dishes. If you enjoy food without any authentic flavors - zero risk for having a special meal. This is the place for you. Lots of generic overly salted dishes here.

Love this place. Good, quality food at a decent price. They allow you to order online, and then theres a dedicated entrance for to-go. Friendly, fast service. This place is great for local business people.

Tables, chairs AND floors badly NEED a deep cleaning and/or refinishing to remove the constant sticky, greasy feel. Just gross. Hard to believe manager hasnt worked this out by now. Food good, service OK.

Ordered take out almost an hour in advance for a 7:40 pickup on a Tuesday. Walked in to find the restaurant was slow (not busy at all) and my food still wasnt ready for another 15 minutes.

They didnt have my order at all! I drove 15 mins to pick up after calling and ordering. I was late getting back to work because i had to go elsewhere. Avoid take out from this location.
