Used to really like this place. But today my kid ordered their new menu item Honey Walnut Shrimp as the kids meal entree and only received a pathetic 4-piece portion that hardly filled half its alloted space. Just 4 little shrimps - theres not even veggie fillers! The kiddo got very upset because we tried this same order last week at another location and received way more. When we approached the counter asking if the small portion was a mistake, we were told for the new "premium" shrimp entree (which already cost extra $$), a full portion is 7 pieces and a kids portion is 4 pieces, in a very expressionless matter-of-fact fashion, with shrugs. Wish we had taken a photo of how small those shrimps looked in the box! I know shrimps are more expensive per pound, but what you call an entree should at least look like one. Very disappointed at this ridiculous portion standard and how they werent willing to be a little flexible in pleasing a customer.

Weve been there several times and I still like it. We always choose three things (entrees and sides) from their variety of food - thats more than enough to eat and still quite favorable. Though you might have tried everything after 10 visits or so. The staff there is very nice and wants you to sample everything so you can make the right choice for your meal. I love the Lo Mein and Pepper Chicken by the way :)

Good place and good food just check your food before you leave because the server got my order wrong. I got everything I wanted except my two chicken egg rolls I only obtained one. The person who served me was Li H, its not a big deal just please check you food before leaving the restaurant.

Food is always fresh if its not just ask and theyll make it fresh. Probably the most semi authentic "Chinese" around here but still your generic Chinese at the same time. The steamed veggies are little hard and its mostly broccoli, they teriyaki is to die for!

Servers were rude, they act like I was bothering them ordering my food. I had just moved in the area that day, they did not give me no utensils, I had to search my packed boxes for utensils which I still didnt find, I never go there again

The quantity (except noodles) is pathetic. Only reason I go here is because it is close to my house. Otherwise if I have time, I go to the carrolton one. And I guess the first 4 unknown google users who gave 5 stars is the owner himself.

Food is awsome and easy to order and you get to watch them cook yout food and serve your food to you. They even sometimes offer you a free drink because sometimes you have to wait for them to cook your food.

Big Panda Food lover but not now. Used to be good place to eat here but last two times food was very bad. I guess there is a change in the chef or something.... Chicken Varieties are Soggy. Avoid !!!

Decent quality Chinese food, but it what you should expect from a "fast-food" chinese place. Service is quick and inoffensive. Hinder your expectations and you wont be disappointed.
