This place gets no stars from me (-1). I ordered the chicken with lo mien. First thing is the chicken did not look like chicken and nor did it taste done and they gave me little lo mien. Second mistake this location made was telling me that I couldnt get my refund back because it didnt look proportioned like when they gave it to me. I took a bite out of the food and took it back, but since the food moved around in the container they said that I ate most of the food (which was a lie). I asked to speak to the owner and they handed me a menu and told me to call any other location to find the owner. By the time one of the locations had contacted the owner for me, the Irving location had already beat me to calling the owner. So the owner sided with the employees. They food is not good and they are very unprofessional.

I had not eaten here in about 2 years. (Irving) By far the worst place to eat Chinese. The staff was siting around while tables and eating area was filthy. Male staff member cleared the table and didnt even wipe it down. There is clutter and boxes all over the counter and in every corner. Dont look up you may be as disgusted as I was. Dusty light fixtures right over the tables and nasty water stains in the ceiling. Yukk! I was horrified when I saw they even managed to cram boxes, buckets and junk in a corner in the ceiling! My daughter and I left most of our food as we were that horrified. Last, they didnt even offer us the dang fortune cookie! Lol but not funny how this place went down in the last 2 years. We will never eat there again.

unless you want bugs in your food...skip it I ordered for the 1st time from here yesterday with a coworker, as she picked up a bite of her steamed veggies that accompanied her tereyaki chicken she uncovered a "prize" a small cooked ladybug was in the bottom of the pile of veggies ICK we called and were refunded, tho the guys seemed really annoyed that we were calling it in AND they sent the driver back to pick up the food. we had no issues releasing it back to them - as we were now to nauseous to eat - and really didnt want to eat anything else from there anyhow...but I thought that was REALLY rude (poor customer service IMO) We will, needless to say, never order from there again

Food was way below average and service was even worse. I ordered sesame chicken and waited 45 minutes before I received my food. And even when it came out they almost gave it to someone else. I had to stand up and stop them from doing it. If I hadnt I dont know if I wouldve ever gotten my food. Staff has no idea what theyre doing. When an order comes out the just walk around yelling "sesame chicken" and often give food to the wrong person. They had to come ask me what I ordered again after I had already been waiting 15 minutes. I saw them twice cook dishes that no one ordered and walk around the floor confused. I dont know how this place is still in business.

ordered my food at 2pm and specifically asked for an egg roll when i ordered. then the food gets here at 230 with no egg roll so i called back at 235 and the lady tells me you dont get egg rolls after 230! i tried to explain to her i placed my order at 2 but she just got frusterated and told me to call back later and speak to the manager. the food was ok but the service was terrible and for this reason i will not be ordering from here again! and the rice was a bit crunchy and the entree was way over seasoned but the soup was good... order at your own risk!

I recently placed a delivery order (at the Irving/Las Colinas location) with a male worker named Ralph. My food finally arrived 52 mintues late. I called back to see what he was going to do about this, and he basically wasnt going to do anything. I asked for his name, & his supervisor name. He provided neither, and hung up in my face. I called back three times, and he still did not answer. I called two of the other locations, and was able to leave a message for the owner, John, to call me regarding this matter. Poor customer service. Okay food. Smh.

I grew up in New York City and lived on the East Coast until recently, and I have yet to find decent Chinese food here in Texas. The food is terrible; I ordered fried dumplings along with Hunan chicken and spicy Thai noodles with chicken and while I expected peppers I did not expect to find Jalapeño peppers in both dishes. They need to go back to cooking school and learn how to make authentic Chinese food not this slop they try to pass off as Chinese food. Dont waste your time or money, its not worth it.

Food & service both terrible. As a reviewer of casual & fine restaurant dining alike, this was by far the worst experience for delivery. The vegetable Pad Thai was burnt and our chicken entrée was wrong. Very watery Egg Drop soup & Crab Rangoon was cream cheese deep fried in too much grease. Utterly disgusting for the price paid. When I called asking the manager to request a refund, he was rude & very unhelpful. Stay away at all costs.

Food is ok! way under staffed. I called a hour in advance for my food I show up 25 minute later and still had to wait another 25 minute by that time I just asked for my money back and left. I watched people walk in behind me and the guy at the counter told them 15 minutes. At least be honest with people when waiting on their food on their lunch break for the most of us! DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

This was the worse Chinese food Ive ever had. The sesame chicken didnt taste anything like sesame chicken and was mushy. The crab rangoon barely had any filling in it and was very hard. The sweet and sour chicken tasted like rubber and the sweet and sour sauce tasted like cheap corn syrup. We will never eat here again and hope we save someone from making the same mistake we did.

Food is fairly consistent good and ample, high order accuracy, and reasonably-priced. Some dishes are excessively greasy (spicy flat noodles and Szechuan beef are delicious but a bit too greasy), but thats Chinese fast food. Overall, not bad for what they are - Ive been eating their food for many years, ever since they opened their first location at Inwood and Lovers.

It was horrible! I got chicken fried rice and it tasted like cleaner. I tried to get my money back but they refused. Its a dirty little place with horrible customer service. If want want somone making your food around cleaner and them coughing all over it then this is your place if not then run as far away as possible.
