Ok, so I buckled, and thought, hey they mustve really improved from the pathetically BAD Mall food court quality I knew them for, cuz they got free standing buildings with drive thrus now.....ordered honey walnut shrimp, medium, a la carte and a medium oolong milk tea.......It came out to nearly $14.00.........For $14.00 I couldve gone to a mom and pop Chinese place, gotten authentic Chinese, and lots of it.......The portioning for the price, ABSOLUTELY disappointing, the quality was HORRIBLE....The honey glaze tasted more like a sugary goo made to taste like honey, the breading on the shrimp, soggy, no better than the old $6.50 grool they served in malls.....NEVER AGAIN....STAY AWAY from these Corporate Money Hoarders, support the lil guys, I know I will

Went to the Irving location to order a Tea Waited about five minutes before the first lady came to help. She did not know what I was wanting. Got a manager who said we dont make that here. So I left. I order this to you quite often. I called the location to get a manager and she answered and said she was the manager and wouldnt let me talk. And she hung up I called back no answer I called back she answered and said I was a very rude to here and she called the police because She was rude. had to call the Euless location to get the information I needed. Manager at the Irving location on June 13 about 6 PM is a very rude and disrespectful lady. Because of her I will not be going back

The restaurant itself is nice and clean, with a fancy little Tea shop inside. The food was well prepared and what Ive come to expect from Panda. The parking however, is a gigantic train wreck. Getting in and out for dine-in service during lunch is a nightmare. Lanes arent properly marked, and even then, no one pays attention to which direction youre supposed to drive. I assume once the construction next door is finished and the workers that do not care where they are parked or for how long are gone, parking will get better, but I will be avoiding this place for lunch during my work week for now, its a wreck waiting to happen.

Experience started out great they let yoy sample usual I advised her that I wanted the steak she placed 2 pieces of meat them a ton of onions and mushrooms and did the same with the shrimp. Now you charge extra for these I have no problem with that. Then when I said I was not satisfied take it off the person who was not preparing my order took over and dumped that food that had touched other food on the plate dumped in back in with the fresh food. Wow

Ok, its fast food Chinese food that tastes good and is very consistent in portion sizes and taste. Its a franchise and I love it for the ability to get something I like fast when working. Accept and appreciate it for what it is.

First time doing a drive through panda express. Not to long of a wait for 3 people ordering. Everything was correct and no isses. Food was warm and served as requested. Staff was ok to deal with, nothing special.

Brutally long lines (drive-thru and inside), and an inadequate amount of parking spots for customers. Otherwise, this is a newer design of Panda Express, which includes a separate tea counter and modern layout.

The food was old and the entire staff spoke Spanish as their primary language. Then the big screen had Univision on TV. Crying babinos and dirty tables added to this very lousy experience.

The general manager melissa does not know what customer service is rude and not respectful. Over 25 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee is unacceptable I finally had to ask for my refund.

Definitely only go when they are really busy because you know the food is fresh. If you go during down times its clearly been sitting under the heat lamps and is at times not edible

The line or the drive thru is really, really bad. Its a long wait and thats always being the case. They are very slow at the window. I think its staffing issues but food is good.

Quiet, all food selections were hot and ready to serve. They offered samples before we placed our order! Best in the metroplex. NOT like the mall or Montfort locations!

Very New and Modern looking Facility. Fresh food, but they need to wipe tables down for new guest! Overall, good experience. They also have a Tea Bar inside.

Great Chinese food that is not expensive. Good for dining in or drive thru. Good tea and chili sauce also. Our 12 year old son loves it.

The food is tasty and can be reasonably healthy if you opt for the veggies as a side. The drive through makes it convenient.
