Terrible experience today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered lunch for my grandmother today during my brief visit to Stratford. Acropolis was her preferred restaurant for delivery and so I ordered her 2 chicken grinders to come out to her house. Upon delivery, we realized they made our sandwiches with the wrong protein and put steak instead of chicken. She cannot eat steak so we politely called back and made them aware of this error. Sounds like a simple routine complaint, WRONG. The girl was so sarcastic and disrespectful to me and we asked them to remake and deliver the correct food. We were told no. I called back and asked if we could just pick up the correct order and we were told that we would need to pay full price again to get our correct order... what??? We went in and the owner was so rude, dirty looks and shaking his head at us as if we did any thing wrong to him besides patronizing his business. At that point, we didnt even trust the food they made. We took a Refund and disposed of their menu. I would not recommend it. Especially if you value your money and like being treated with respect.

Ive been ordering from the place for almost 5 years ... never had a problem before NOW . I asked for Extra sauce and Extra cheese and what I got was a pan of Oil and Ricotta !! I called to get a new pan and was often more sauce ? I get it, cooks take pride in their work but shouldnt the Customer ... a LOYAL customer at that be pleased ? I even offered to give this FULL , UNTOUCHED pan back to prove I wasnt just so fatty looking to get more for free ... horrible ! I cant even feed this to my Dogs

Absolutely horrible! I ordered fried chicken with rice, and chopped steak with peppers onion and ziti. The only close to edible thing I tasted was the rice. The "chopped steak" was 2 greasy and tasteless hamburger patties ( werent even chopped). The sauce for the ziti tasted like it could be chef boyardee. They didnt even include any utensils or napkins. A complete waste of $25.74, Ive never left a review before but this "meal" was too horrible for me not too, gave me a headache.

I ordered an eggplant parmesan grinder/sub & garlic knots for take-out. The eggplant parm was excellent, the garlic knots were the best Ive ever had! The marinara sauce - outstanding! The young lady behind the counter was friendly & attentive. I will go out of my way to go back there.

HORRIBLE! I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and it was ice cold and tasteless. when i asked to speak to manager they told me that he wasnt there and that the other manager was deaf. Do not take a chance with this restaurant Acropolis pizza of Stratford you Suck!

Great service... Family atmosphere. They accommodate anything and always have suggestions for great combinations. Nicole and Anita are probably the best servers Ive ever had. The whole place is welcoming.

Excellent food! Great service and clean restaurant! The Lunch Specials came with a ton of food. Everything from the soup to the zita and hoagie was delicious. Bread was excellent.

The Greek salad is actually very good. Its got a lot of stuff packed in there. Make your own dressing and order it w grilled chicken.
