A JOKE! Service by Melissa was awful. Had a table of 4 guys and sat and looked at 4 empty beer glasses for probably 15 minutes. Finally got another waitress to take our order. Seems like bussing the table was just too much for her as well as she let everything just pile up. My friends had beers that were listed on their menu at $3. When the bill came, they charged $4. My friends noted the discrepancy to Melissa who said she would take care of it. Next thing we know, this short, fat female manager comes over and tells them that THIS TIME they can have it for $3 BUT they are $4. My friend points out that her menu says $3. She tells us its a typo. My friend says that that is not our problem, he simply read her menu and ordered accordingly. She tells him not to be rude, which he wasnt. Can you imagine a MANAGER hassling a customer over three dollars when it was their menu that was wrong? What a MORON> Needless to say, 4 more people who WONT BE BACK!

WORSE SEVICE, FOOD, MANAGEMENT!!!!!!! Took 30 mins for food. When we complained to manager no one checked on order. Food was so dry you could hardly eat it. When we were leaving I complained to the manager again and his response "So after I made you laugh you still had a bad night?" I said, excuse me? .. and he said "I made you laugh and you still had a bad night?" I responded, "We were the table having trouble getting our food, no laughs" and he said "Oh, wrong table" ... this is not how you manage a restaurant. We have been going to BWs for over 20 years all over US and because of this we will never go to any again. To tell you how much we have gone to BWs, our now 18 year old experienced her first "going out" at a BWs .... THIS IS THE LAST TIME!!!!!!!!

Out-of-town & too late for Outback Steakhouse, I was after a late, healthy dinner. Overweight male waiter in a too-snug t-shirt uniform smelling of cigarettes. Good for my waistline since it was an appetite-suppressive experience. Cant get any wings grilled here... fried only. Easily the least healthy menu of any chain in America. If you order the Mediterranean Salad, expect it to take 25 minutes to be served ... and thats at 10:30 at night with practically no one there. In the salad, beware the tomatoes they may not have paring-knifed out all the green-brown stem connections so its hard and acidic in spots ...like mine was. The hummus was whipped - really weird consistency. Never to return to BWW. Ever. Ever.

It was my first time coming to a BWW and Im giving 2 star because the food was actually REALLY good. The service not so much. My waiter was Taylor and I ordered an Budweiser, he brings me a Bud Light. I received no celery or carrots with my wings even though the menu said I would. I ask for a to go box for 8 wings and almost a full side of potato wedges, he brings me the smallest one ever. Without the check. We sit and wait for about 10 minutes just to receive the check. Have to stop him and ask him for that. There is a total of 4 tables here (its raining outside) He was very inattentive (probably because he was too wrapped up in his phone the entire time) and I probably would not visit this location again.

Walking into this place reminds me of those days when I had to sneak that last chicken tender to gym class and eat it in the locker room, thats exactly what this place smells like. To top it off with wet and sticky tables like a sweaty back. I should tell you to pre-game before you come here cuz drinks take forever to come by, dont be intimidated by homeboy Jamal at the door, he actually works here although he looks like he just got washed from Katrina. Oh yeah I forgot they sell food here, I was distracted by the tramp stamps around me. You know a good place to get wings? Id try the messy wings from Bone Daddys. Good stuff. Why did I come here.

Worst service from a BWW of any Ive been to. Waited 15 minutes for anybody to approach us and still we had to notify somebody that we had not been assigned a server. Another 10 min for drinks to come out but only from the hostess. At this point we knew nobody was going to take our order and if they did it wouldve been an hour before we ate. Mind you the restaurant was only a quarter filled to capacity so its not like they were jam packed with customers and everything was chaotic. Its like this pretty often but Im not sure why I keep coming back. Probably in hopes of new management and staff but that never seems to happen.

I come here all the time. I love this location and the customer service I receive each time is very above average. I will say though, that tonight i was very disappointed. I do understand it was Super Bowl LI, and business was booming. I ordered to-go today and the to-go station they had set up for the Super Bowl looked efficient enough. I got my food on time as promised. When I got home though, my wings were all wrong. I hope in the future, their staff can pay more attention to detail, especially on a very important family gathering event like the Super Bowl.

I love their wings but their service sucks. We have been here multiple times and service is mediocre at best so we dont expect much when we come here. However tonight just was too much. We sat out on the patio and waited for 10 minutes. We went inside to ask for the server and they said they would get him. 10 minutes passed and still nothing. I used to be a server for 6 years so I am very lenient and understanding. I could understand if they were busy but there were a total of 8 occupied tables and at least 5 servers. We just got up and left. Inexcusable.

The to-go cashiers are always rude, slow, and confused both on the phone and in person. Ive been coming here religiously for about three years but all of the new employees really put a damper on the dining experience. Once in a while nothing will go wrong and the server will be great but all of that is overshadowed by the multiple times theyve gotten my order wrong, that Ive gotten cold fries, or that theyve forgotten my sauce and my seasoning. Sucks that theres not another Buffalo Wild Wings close by or else Id never come back here again.

Ive been coming here for about 4-5 years now and after all this time I truly have a love/hate relationship with this place, better yet this company as a whole. Service is terrible, average ticket times are 20min, youll be seated and literally wait 5-10min before someone asks for your drinks. The food is a hit or miss here but when its a hit its great! Honestly, if corporate would just invest more money into labor and properly staff their stores then this place would be so much better because this is a problem at every BWW Ive been to.

Our family went to eat yesterday in nearly two months. A lot of changes in their menu including increased in prices and less wings. The concern was the mushrooms for appetizer that we ordered. It only had about 10 pieces of mushrooms for the price of $7. I brought it up to the waiter. The response was they started weigh the mushrooms. This is truly unheard of for appetizers. Each piece is pretty much the cost of a wing. I took a pic and wish to upload it. This is unacceptable!!! Not going back until they make changes.
