Yesterday (December 24th) was by far the worst experience that Ive ever had with this place and unless you replace the restaurant with new manager we are unlikely to return... We were there with family to enjoy a family dinner and was left with a horrible experience. Ayool the so called Manager/Owner is the worst person to deal with. He has no experience with dealing with customers and has an ego for believing that hes always right. The Restaurant: The Some What Organized yet unsanitary. The FDA Inspector would enjoy this place. The Kitchen looked very messy. The Bathroom: Forget about it. The Mens Door has trouble opening and closing. Theres water everywhere and could lead to a slipping hazard. The Womens restroom is even worse. Theres no baby change table in either restroom which lead to my granddaughter being changed on the floor... How upsetting. Food: We ordered for our family and for our child. The order for Chicken Lollipop was cold unlike anything. The Desi Fried Chicken Rice was below average and cold. Chicken Manchurian was okay. Then we had the biggest issue. We ordered the Chicken Haka Noodles with French Fries for our daughter. Upon placing the order we were informed that there were no French Fries and we could substitute Chicken Nuggets in its place. Our daughter was excited only to be left disappointed. They brought out chicken fried rice with no chicken Nuggets to be found. When we asked the girl behind the counter she had the nerve to say that this was halka noodles. I asked to see the manager and he confirmed that the order given was fried rice and was not halka noodles. I asked him to rectify it immediately and he once again said that there was no French Fries. I said that the girl behind the counter said that we could get chicken Nuggets in its place. He said okay. 10 minutes went on and our family was done with our meal. Upon inquiry, the girl behind the counter said Oh, Im so sorry and brought out some Chicken Nuggets. Another 10 minutes went by and I asked the manager and he said that he decided to replace the hakka noodles with more chicken Nuggets... Are you Serious??? Since when do you decide what my daughter gets to eat and what not to eat? Upon confrontation, The Manager became very defensive and argumentative. He then decides to place an order for Veggie Hakka Noodles. I reminded him that it was Chicken Noodles. Then the girl had the guts to almost give out food to someone else. We then took the food, placed it in a to go box and left. How Horrible and Unprofessional. Not sure how this restaurant will survive given everything I just mentioned. Whoever continues doing business is either only doing to go orders or will turn a blind eye to all the defects present. You have been warned...

We came from our collage to eat at this place. I brought few friends. Well it seems like the person who was cashier didnt like his job.. he was kind of rude and idk what it was.. then he brought us soup i felt like they got salt for free and just threw it in the soup.. too salty then we ordered momo and it was tastless.. there was vegies in side and thats it no salt at all. Then came burned springroll. Well idk if i was having a bad day or they did. But i would appreciate if i dont see fake smile when i walk in and as soon as i turn then smile is gone. For better rates there should be better food and service. But I im afraid to say so you have a lack of service and lack of food quality.. thank you anyways for that fake smile. They act like we want the food for free. I hate when a person treats me like crap and here they treat me like crap and also like a beggar was asking for free food. I had a bad lunch and wasted time and i will still hungry. Not comming back if thats makes then feel better. Because thats what they acted like they dont care and dont come back.

One of the worst places I have ever eaten it. Disrespectful staff and very disorganized kitchen. so heres what happened: I am a vegetarian and I specifically ordered Vegetarian chili garlic noodles. Im not sure whether the order was taken wrong or someone in the kitchen didnt understand my order. Not only did they serve me a "meat" chili garlic noodles, the waiter continued to argue with me saying she served the right food. So she served meat, i dont care about it - just appologize and replace my food but what pissed me off was that she went on about how wrong I was and went back into the kitchen angry I wish I could give this a negative rating. just very disappointing with everything about htis place

Had my lunch yesterday at Bombay ChopStix. This was my first vist. Had ordered Chilli Chicken, the dish they pride. The dish was uneatable. Got the owners attention who was kind enough to reach out to the chef. The Chef got the dish redone from scratch but to my utter dismay, it turned out to be horrible. I just could not eat it. Got it packed in a to-go box and ended up dumping it in the garbage bin in the next door Chevron gas station. Did not want to humiliate the owner and the chef. They need to improvise on their recepies ASAP or else they will loose customers and business. I want you all to try out their Chili Chickent and post their honest feedback.

One of the restaurants that offers Indo - Chinese (Chinese dishes flavored to the Indian palate) cuisine. This location offers some good dishes, but quality has not been up to par and it feels more like a low end restaurant with cooks who are not really trained to cook Indo Chinese food. The other branch in Richardson is better that this location, but this location has better ambiance. Located in a very accessible and busy location. Not a big fan of this place, given there are other options nearby for satisfying cravings for Indo Chinese food would use this place as a backup option if other locations are not open.

I ordered Chilli Paneer today from Irving location. Fabulous! Now, I can proudly introduce this cuisine to my intrenational friends here. Thanks to you and your chefs! Pass my message to them and give them a pat on their backs! Honestly, Ive tried masala wok and other places, but you surpass them all with authentic taste. Only suggestion that I can make here is to have the gravy less watery so that I can enjoy it without rice even when I am full.. Lolz.. and may be it will add to texture as well. Your paneer was actually paneer and not just a "cheesy" cheese. Keep up the good work!

Owner was really rude, few days back I tried 30 min to order over phone and he was disconnecting phone without saying anything when I reached at 9:50 PM almost 10 min before closing time (as per him it was 10 PM and on google it was showing 10:30 PM) he was not even interested in talking and the way he talked was really rude. I was surprised/shocked why he is behaving like this but its seems he didnt even care what you think or what you were saying....I completely understand if kitchen is closed you cant take orders but cant he reply politely???

Eating from this restaurant was easily one of the worst mistakes Ive made in the last 6 months. I ordered food from this restaurant via Uber Eats. After 3-4 minutes of eating, I spent the next 5 minutes on my knees in front of my toilet. I immediately informed Uber Eats of the horrible food and received a refund. I through away everything I ordered from this restaurant that night (even the food I hadnt touched). I should have reconsidered the bad reviews, but I decided, "What the hell." Please DO NOT make my mistake.
