The Bomb
The food I ordered came with soup and they didnt give it to me, instead gave it to another person in the group who wasnt supposed to get soup. Funny thing was the soup was also the wrong soup. Then, they gave another person the wrong order of food and not only that argued when they said thats what he ordered even when we all said it wasnt. He even questioned the waitress on the specific dish. And the person who argued about the order wasnt even the same waitress. Stupidity. Everyones food was flavorless!! In a Chinese place? Food being flavorless? Service was very very slow and poor and we had to ask several times for a waitress. They also had children waitressing; isnt there a law about that? What the heck? Final complaint, its winter had every time someone can Im the restaurant, you would feel an overwhelming chill and we all ate with our coats on. Ill never go here again.

The staff was great. Maybe a little overwhelming at times actually. Decor nice. FOOD WAS JUST OVER SALTY, OFF FLAVOR, AND BRIGHT (HOT CHEETOS) RED. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE. I wont go back. The happy family had 1 shrimp, 2 pieces of mystery meat, 2 scallops, and couple of vegies and tons of liquid red salty sauce. The general Tsos chicken was just about the worst weve had anywhere. Breading was bad and the dish had no flavor other than salt. Yuk. I gave 1 star because the place was clean for chinese. I hate buffett, but they serve better chinese at a buffet than this place. YUK. Avoid. Seriously... sorry folks. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOING GREEN dont waste an entire onion for a garnish... SERIOUSLY. I almost took it home to use it instead of it going in the trash, unless they reuse them (yuk). I am sorry I did not like this places food at all.

If you visit Tomah often or live there you may know that there are limited places to eat if you are considered picky. I am picky about cleanliness, customer service, price and obviously food quality. This place blows almost every Chinese Restaurant Ive ever dined at out of the water. Small but SPOTLESS, cultured environment, huge menu, etc. They served us water without asking (its been a long time) and they even had the lemon cut out as a peacock or something. Too cool and great for business. I am a vet regularly visiting Tomah VA Hospital and now look forward to good food as well!

The food is excellent and cooked all from scratch including the soups. It is the best hot and sour soup we have ever eaten. Everything is cooked fresh daily. They will adjust food to your desires and go out of their way to please you with food and service. You will not be disappointed or go away hungry. Prices are reasonable. Family run small business and they go out of their way to make you enjoy your visit. Clean and comfortable. Casual.

The best authentic Chinese restaurant Ive been to for a long time. Im from Texas and I dont even eat at the chinese resturants there because most of the time its not authentic and has a lot of grease. I came here last night and fell in love with the food. The service was great also. Im about to get ready to get my second dose of the house soup while I have a chance. Must eat here!♥

I work behind a desk at a local hotel, and I frequently send guests here... I never recieve any complaints in reguards to the recommendation. This is also the best Chinese you can get here in Tomah, which isnt saying much, but it is well worth the visit! They have friendly, and efficient service, and they will make whatever you like, however you like it! (Within reason)

I only ordered take out and picked it up, but ;the staff was very courteous, my order was ready to go 10 minutes after I ordered it when I arrived, was plentiful and every bite was absolutely delicious! Undoubtedly the best restaurant food I have had in Tomah during my 15 day visit. I will be eating there frequently for as long as I am in town.

We enjoyed our visit. Big, clean restroom, fresh, tasty food (mushu vegs & sizzlinr shrimp, egg drop soup). Not thirsty after, so sodium content was reasonable. Excellent service. 9 months later, passing thru again -- vegetable egg foo young spectacular: not greasy, big patties stuffed with fresh hot vegetables.

I stopped here for lunch on my way back to the Twin Cities from the Wisc Dells. By far the best Chinese food I have had in a while. Very reasonable as well. Try the cashew chicken - the sauce is awesome, chicken very tender. Great service as well! Will stop here every time I happen to be driving past Tomah!

We were happy that we stopped here on our way back home from Ontario (thanks Google reviews!). The menu is all standard-issue Chinese restaurant dishes. The service was great and all of our food was freshly prepared and tasty. For what its worth, the portions were quite generous, too.

They make you feel like youre part of a family when you eat there. All of the different dishes I have had there I have been outstanding. I will take all of my relatives and Friends there to eat anytime. The owner and her crew are really great people. Service is always outstanding.

Its the best Chinese restaurant around these days. All the Chinese restaurants have closed or lost quality. I do like the buffets but the buffets arent as good. I love the Orange beef and it was a huge portion. I actually got a box to take it home.

For a quick, economical, fresh lunch this was the place to go! A great value, tasty, and a very decent lunch size portion. If driving the highway past Tomah, it is worth going a few miles past all the fast food joints for a quick bite to eat!

Food not very good and took forever to get it. I was late to work because they took so long and we went 2 hours before I started. And they didnt put in my sisters order so she didnt get her food until we were all done.

The food is absolutely amazing! Great service as well. I had the fried dumplings, fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. All were perfect. My wife had the chicken and broccoli and loved it! Great experience overall!

The food has remained great quality throughout the years... and I have been a customer since the 90s. I still make the pilgrimage every so often even though I moved to another state. No other Chinese food compares.
